Love this place! I’ve been two or three times now and always get their gluten free fried chicken and fries. Pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free, and the staff are super knowledgeable about how to handle allergies. I always feel really safe eating here, and the fried chicken is so good that even my boyfriend (not gluten free) loved it!

Delicious food. Server said they had recently updated the menu and only one item (smoked toast trout) is not gluten free.

Had the fried chicken, it smelled amazing but was actually pretty flavorless. I didn’t get sick though. Also I got takeout and the sauce containers were sitting on top of the fries but when I took them out they were severely warped/melted on the bottom, I assume from being put directly on top of freshly fried food.

There was only 1 item on the menu that wasn’t gluten free. The gluten free fried chicken was SO tasty and FRIES! I felt completely safe, and my server was knowledgeable about allergies, cross contamination etc.

This place is amazing! A must visit if you are in the area! We ordered way too much food just to get a taste of everything! Almost everything on the menu is GF and they are very aware of the difference between Celiac and GF. I can’t wait to go back!

This was a great find, thanks to reviews here! I had the gluten free fried chicken, which is prepared in a dedicated fryer. Most menu items were gluten free or can easily be prepared that way. Chris was our server and he told us his wife has celiac disease, so he understood my questions and was very reassuring. We will definitely be back if we have the chance!

We had plans to go to Hank’s for our anniversary and then we had to cancel due to illness. We decided to still get take out and if that’s how good the food is after a short car ride, I can’t imagine how good it is in person. The person on the phone said the whole menu was GF (I believe this can change slightly with specials and seasonal dishes but the menu stays like 99% GF all the time) and everything we tried was great. Definitely felt safe and will return!

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance. The waiter, Chris, was very knowledge about the menu and process to maintain safety. Most of the menu is gluten free, but not obviously marked so besides the fried chicken. I chose the chicken and fries, since I rarely get fried chicken since diagnosis. HOLY CRAP was it good. The hot honey is the bomb. There's a dessert that was on the menu that was malted, which I was hesitant about, but the executive chef assured it was safe with the malting process done with sorghum. I didn't even have a hint of being glutened. I highly recommend this place to anyone, not just those who need to eat gluten free.

We had a wonderful GF meal at Hank’s. The wait staff was excellent, the food was truly GF (no cross contamination) and best of all was not feeling or being sick after eating out. We will be back!

Amazing! Only one thing on the menu at the time I went that wasn’t celiac safe. The bartender/server said nothing with gluten touches the fryers.

So delicious! Almost everything on the menu was gluten free, and the server told me she would make sure the kitchen knew I had celiac so that they would be extra careful when prepping our meal. We especially loved the ceviche and the crispy cauliflower, though the fried chicken was also extremely tasty.

This food was DELISH and when I asked what was gluten free the servers response was “it’s easier to tell you what’s not gluten free!” Only 2 things on the menu weren’t GF! Even the cookie crumble for the dessert was gf! It’s so nice to go somewhere and have options! The ONLY negative I can say is that the name makes you think it’s not a fancy place but it is on the pricier side and I felt underdressed, but it was no big deal. I’m not celiac but I think I read that one of the owners/ chef is gf so my guess is that it’s very safe! Either way the server was very knowledgeable and I was not worried at all that I would accidentally be served something with gluten.

Bar manager who develops menu is GF so everything on their menu except one item was GF. Servers were knowledgeable. We tried the tuna tartare, gochujang crispy cauliflower, sour cream & onion potatoes, and lemon chili charred broccoli. We had something chocolate for dessert. Everything was amazing and I did not get sick. Our server said the menu changes often. We will definitely go back to try more.

Really enjoyed the gnocchi. The lasagna was tasty, but not what I was in the mood for. My husband had the fried chicken and it was good - needed some salt. The mash/greens with his chicken were a pass.
Will definitely be back.

Most of the menu is gluten free. Speak to the staff and they will be sure to accommodate. Fried chicken was good (I’m spoiled by my wife’s version), just happy to have a local place that makes it. The other food items are unique and pretty amazing.

Fried chicken, tacos and a variety of other delicacies. Only one option is served on bread - other than beer it's the only gluten in the establishment. Manager checked on us. Highly recommended.

The majority of the menu is gluten free, but we got the GF fried chicken. It was delicious and I had no reaction. I spoke to the staff and nothing that goes into the fryer contains gluten. The menu changes frequently.
