I love Hat Creek restaurants. They are the safest place for me, and I'm highly symptomatic. Every restaurant in the chain is trustworthy and has high standards for cross contact safety. All fried items are gluten free. Workers automatically change gloves when gluten free is called back for burgers. You can take your dog on the patio, but not inside unless they're a service animal. Good playgrounds for kids. Only recommendation is that if you're ordering take out for multiple people and not everything is gluten free, make sure to ask for gluten free items to be bagged separately. They will do it with no questions asked.

I have been craving a good fried chicken sandwich and I finally found it!! All the chicken options are GF, the burgers are also GF and the fries are all GF. Just have to ask for a GF bun and you're all set!!

3 stars for the fact that they offer so many gluten free options. I tried a burger and fries from this restaurant for the first time. The employee was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t think the burger was all that great though, honestly it didn’t have much flavor. The fries were ok, but I prefer plain unseasoned fries. So that could be a matter of preference. And for the price you really don’t get much food, especially the small amount of fries. In and out burger is better in my opinion , just wish they offered a GF bun.

Absolutely amazing place! ALL of the fried items (tots, fries, chicken, etc) are all GF. Fryers are dedicated and I was assured that everything was GF. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and could speak to the presence of gluten, dairy, etc in all of the menu items which was impressive. Bonus: awesome outdoor covered seating that has fans and plenty of hand washing stations/hand sanitizer setups. I will definitely be back regularly, this place is awesome!

I wanted to try this place, but had to order through Uber Eats, because we couldn’t drive over. My concern started when there was no where to specify order instructions or special instructions during the order. After I placed the order, I was assured by the gentleman on the phone that one of the burgers would be prepared gluten free as ordered (Only had the option to select gluten free bun via the app). I wasn’t sure if just ordering it on GF bun would indicate to the staff that it needed to be prepped with necessary precaution taken.

Long story short, the order was delivered, and everything was in the same bag. Not only was the order messed up, wrong ingredients on both burgers, it wasn’t clear as to which was the Gluten free and which wasn’t. Thus we called again, and the gentleman apologized, and told us if we came in they would give us a free burger. Well, we ordered delivery on purpose, so this wasn’t helpful. He did tell us how to identify the gluten free bun however.

I felt like I definitely got glutened. I probably shouldn’t have eaten it, but after spending 40+ dollars on the meals, I was over it.

Probably won’t order here again, really let down given others gave it 4-5 stars.

This restaurant is amazing! The gf bun is really good and the sweet potato fries are delicious! So nice to have so many options! Would highly recommend!

They have some great options and the fact that they have a dedicated fryer is awesome!! The burgers can be made with a GF bun or lettuce wrap. Just be careful and ask about the sauces. There is one of their special sauces that does have wheat. I know the fry sauce is safe (and delicious) though!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The chicken flashers are really good with a good amount of batter and crispy. My whole family loves them. Fries are good too. You can also get the chicken flashers on a salad.

I had the Chicken Flashers (like nuggets, but bigger) and fried pickles and tater tots. All the breaded items are gluten-free!! The food was good, but I’m not giving five stars because the breading is a little heavy on the pepper. It didn’t keep me from eating it, but gave my husband bad heartburn that night.

Very careful and knowledgeable about GF. Eaten here many times never gotten sick.
