For persons with multiple food sensitivities: While the fried pickles are coated in a GF mix, they are marinated in Buttermilk (dairy). All the fryer oil is soybean oil.

The gluten free burger was delicious and so were the fries. Very impressed with the service and speed. Clean with a nice playground outside. Daughter is gluten intolerant and this place was a great outing for all the family.

We always feel very comfortable eating here. My husband is celiac and have never had a bad experience. The fryers are dedicated gluten free as well. Love this place

I am obsessed with Hat Creek!! I’ve eaten at several locations for many years! Their gluten free buns are the best around! I also have a beef allergy in addition to being celiac. I usually order the fried chicken sandwich (which is gluten free!) or the Turkey burger! Both SO good! One of the only places I can eat fried foods! Can’t say enough good things!!

This place is amazing! Hat Creek is one of our easy to go-tos. My dairy free and gluten free husband enjoys their burgers on a GF bun with no cheese. He likes the tater tots. I get almost the same but with cheese and with sweet potato fries. So good!

Incredible GF options!!!! All sides, fried chicken, and burgers can be made GF. They even have GF fried pickles!!!

The burger was great! The sweet potato fries were good, the regular fries were quite sub- par.

Excellent selection of quick GF food. Chicken nuggets, fried pickles are GF, as well as burgers with a GF bun or in a lettuce wrap.

Giving it a 5-Star rating because they educate their employees on the gluten/celiac/allergen issues. So many places say they are gf, but have no clue what it means. We have gf family members & non-gf family members. The non gf were not impressed with the burgers- frozen patties. However, the gf chicken strips, fries, and tator tots were delicious!!

Burgers can be lettuce wrapped or put in a bowl for gluten-free option. ALL SIDES ARE GLUTEN-FREE! The menu even states it and I confirmed with a manager. Including fried pickles. Yes! Fried pickles! Also have sweet potato fries, regular fries, tater tots, and size salad. Yummy safe breaded chicken flashers (strips) too. Shakes are not safe. Outside play area for kids. Long lines on Friday and Saturday nights. Can avoid them by going through the drive-thru. Repeat customer.

Very careful and knowledgeable about GF. Eaten here many times never gotten sick.
