I had a great experience. As soon as I told them I was gluten free with allergy, they made sure to take action. They changed their gloves to prevent cross contamination. They also cleaned the grill for my salmon. I got Larry's salmon salad. It was very good. My husband ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. They have a sign above the ordering station that says they will help with GF items.

They were friendly when I told them that I’m gluten free. The gf burger bun was so good. I didn’t get a side so not sure if they have a dedicated fryer or not.

I’m celiac, and writing this 12 hours after having eaten at Hi-point I have not had any issues. Menu board shows gluten free bun and sides. As soon as I ordered a gluten free burger they asked if it was an allergy or a preference. When I said it was an allergy they began communicating that to the kitchen. I asked if the sides were fried in the same oil as non gf sides and they explained the fries and the sweet potato tots and the fries are gluten free and they were the only thing that goes into that fryer. I would definitely go back and eat there again.

Thank you for offering Gluten free buns!

I was thrilled to see that they have gluten free options and even have a note saying that they take food allergies seriously. The gal who took my order was not well educated on what was safe in terms of salad or seasoning but did confirm that they have a dedicated fryer for fries and a dedicated cook too for the burgers. I ordered fries only.

My fries were nicely marked gluten free but this is where the process failed. My gluten free fries where dumped 1/2 over in the bag containing gluten fries and burger and were fully contaminated.

They’re almost there but I will not go back.

Good food, great food even! But if you were sensitive and celiac I suggest getting no bun. But if you are only gluten sensitive get a gluten-free bun he should be OK. But if you have celiac I highly suggest being extremely careful you may have some symptoms after eating there.

I was skeptical while placing our order, but the server sounded like she was aware and confident that they could make a burger gf. They do have gf buns. Today I am paying the price and having definite glutened challenges.
