This is our go to for celiac- safe pizza. Really good! They also offer a full menu and pizza made with wheat flour in a separate place in the kitchen. We've eaten pizza there safely many, many times.

Really good pizza and crust. The kids like both the cheese and pepperoni!
I have celiac disease and eat here regularly. From pizza to sandwiches, I had tried it all and have never had a problem. One of my favorite places to eat.

The gf pizza is one of the best I've ever had.
Delicious gluten free pizza that they'll make on a safe tray! Highly recommend!

Awesome and creative gluten-free pizza using Against the Grain crust. Staff are very careful to avoid contamination. Many decadent gluten-free baked items are available for dessert.
Against the Grain makes the best pizza crust out there, and Hillside Pizza does the most amazing things with them. You can either have them bake it and pick it up like it's usually done OR you can get it uncooked and bake it yourself if you have a long way to travel home or can't eat it right away. I love having this option!

Amazing gluten free pizza- and very knowledgeable/safe for additional food allergies- I haven't had pizza in close to 10 years because most gf crusts are terrible...(and I have a tomato sensitivity)
Hillside does it right- they use the Against the Grain crusts as the base, along with dedicated prep surfaces, separate GF toppings kept in a separate fridge, washing hands AND changing gloves. They even go so far as to cook the pizza using a barrier pan between the pizza and the regular baking pan- The pizza was cooked PERFECTLY!! crispy, buttery, cheesy, and full of flavor!!! My non-celiac (and extremely picky husband) even preferred my pizza to his regular thin crust pizza, eating half of mine and opting to bring his home!!!
I have celiac and am EXTREMELY sensitive to CC- Not only did I not get sick, I felt healthy and did not get bloated. A truly exceptional GF experience! I can't wait to go back!

Excellent pizza! They also have delicious GF sandwiches and desserts. The sandwiches are also great. Staff is always friendly, it's always a pleasure to order from them.
Awesome pizza , friendly knowledgeable staff. Have ate here numerous times and haven't had any problems.
Excellent pizza. My only complaint is that although they are a vegan friendly restaurant (they offer daiya cheese for pizza) their gf crust is not vegan.
Hi!
So it totally depends what you want to get.
Salads are safe for celiac they’ve handled my allergy really well in those cases and I’ve never gotten sick.
Pizza are not cooked in a dedicated oven. They place them on the top rack but this still very much bothers me; but I have tried their pizza and it is so good so if you’re not as sensitive then worth it. If you’re as sensitive as I am - go for a salad.

Enjoyed their GF crust (ancient grains - ingredients listed on their menu!) - I appreciated how clearly they stated to notify their staff about your allergies. My family doesn’t eat GF but I do, and I also have a nut and a potato allergy. We were all able to eat together with no issues or reactions.
Stopped in with my boyfriend’s family, none of which are gf. We came from the new haven area where pizza is veryyy good so I was worried they’d be disappointed but everyone really enjoyed their meal- gf and non gf! I have celiac and had no problems. I’d definitely come back if I were in the area 🙂
