They are very careful with any allergen. They give you a specific colored bowl. They figure you will only put in what you can have in your bowl. The cooks see the bowl color and as you are approaching the grill, they clean a space and place separators to prevent any cross contamination.

This was such a neat experience. Everything is make your own and if you have an allergy they will section off and clean the grill for you. Mention it to your server and they give you allergy bowls to signal the grill masters to clean off the grill.

I’m not sure if I’d trust cross contamination simply because of the buffet style ingredients, but the cooking is cleaned off right in front of you and they put bars up to make sure nothing touches it once cleaned.

I have a dairy allergy with a gluten sensitivity so this was perfect. I will come here again in a heartbeat.

This restaurant is so safe for people with food allergies! They take all the necessary safety precautions and more. When I sat down I talked to my server and I was pointed to a separate stack of yellow bowls that indicate to the chefs that you have food allergies. Every time I walked up to get my food cooked they already had the area prepared. They first clean the grill extra super well and check that I’m comfortable with it, they set out blockers to separate the grill from everyone else’s food, and they use compete separate serving/cooking tools.

It was amazing experience eating here. The chefs took above and beyond safety precautions. I never was left feeling weird or needy for needing extra safety precautions. The second time around of getting my food the grill was already prepared to the safety standard of what I need. I definitely recommend this place!

Cleaned a special spot on the grill for gluten-free area, and great food. kind of hard to tell on a sausage so we had to ask.

This place is amazing at making sure everything is clean, grill is shinny new, and the things that have gluten are far separated in the buffet line. They asked me every time if the grill looked clean enough for me. Huge plus is all the sauces are gluten free. They give you separate plates to identify the allergy.

This has been the best experience eating out - ever! Every person in the restaurant was mindful, respectful and polite about my needs. Never once did I feel I was a bother! There was a trainee cooking - and I heard 3 times (just while I was standing there ) not to touch or mix any food or utensils with my food - and no one rolled their eyes at me ! I have Celiacs and had a great experience here. I came during a slow time and they gave me a separate colored bowl and let me know what I could and could not have. I noticed that some of the noodles crossed over into the gluten free noodles so I avoided that section altogether. The cook cleaned a spot for my meals on the grill, sectioned it off and used newly clean utensils. I did not have any adverse reactions but please be aware that it is in a way a buffet, as you the veggies, meats, noodles and sauces are all out for everyone to add what they want so there is the potential for cross contamination.

They thoroughly clean the grill and ask if you are satisfied with it before they cook your food on it. You also get a colored bowl to specify you have an "special diet" so the cooks know. They never treat you like you are inconveniencing them.

They mark your allergies by giving you purple bowls so they stand out for the chefs. I usually stick to just the oils but I believe the sauces are all safe. They clean the grill when they see there's an allergy and they use separate tongs for your food. I've never had a reaction here or left hungry! They will grab rice noodles or toppings from the back if you want!

This place is absolutely AMAZING with gluten free! While most other buffet style restaurants can become cross contaminated very easily, the manager had me go through and write down what I wanted, and prepared it with new containers of food in the back! ALL of their sauces are gf which made me feel so much better. He then alerted the grillers that there was an allergy. He made sure they cleaned the grill super well TWICE. The then used spatulas to block off a section of the grill for my food so no one else’s food would ever get close. They completely changed utensils and most importantly, I did not get sick! They even offered to do it all again if I was still hungry since it was a buffet!

Unfortunately they must’ve changed their sauces. They used to all be gluten free but now only about 5 are. They still section off your meal on the grill and use new utensils when preparing!

I’ve been here a few times and always love it! Ask for an allergy bowl and they’ll give you a special yellow bowl to fill with your desired ingredients. You can choose whatever you like and everything is that is gf marked. Sometimes it’s marked with a “G” which confused me at first, but means gluten free. They also have recipe cards at the beginning of the line including a few gf recipes you can try!

The employees are very knowledgeable about allergies and I never have to ask them to clean anything. They see my yellow bowl and immediately clean and section off the grill so my food does not come into contact with anything else on the grill.
