Staff knowledgeable and very helpful, are here several times while in town and didn’t get sick and I am celiac. Very nice and very good food.

Great service. Great atmosphere. Lots of yummy gluten free options on the gluten free menu.
Chips are not cooked in dedicated frier and staff was very uneducated. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re celiac.

Great gluten-free menu and great environment. Walking distance from some downtown hotels. Margaritas were fantastic as well. I'll be back...maybe tonight.

We were from out of town here for business training and two of the three of us were gluten-free needs. The hostess welcomed us and asked if there were any food allergies more so if we needed a gluten free menu. The food was fantastic and they had s great gluten free menu
This place is absolutely amazing!!! The service we received from the hostess a& the waiter was incredible. They were so attentive, friendly & helpful. The atmosphere is really neat too. They have a gluten-free menu and are very knowledgeable. I had so many choices to select from, which is very unusual being gluten free. I had the shrimp that was wrapped with bacon & stuffed with jalapeño and cheese and it was amazing! The rice and beans are also gluten-free and the two sauces were delicious as well. I will definitely be back when traveling here in Dallas again.

Waitress was pretty knowledgeable, had a separate menu. However, chips and fries are fried in a shared fryer so both are off the table for true celiac. She knew this and told me so, though. The manager brought over a free sample of something in phyllo cups for our first visit. I knew I couldn’t eat them, but my husband just ate both.

Fantastic meal but I think it might have made me sick. Traveling, so it's hard to tell.

We ate off the Sunday brunch buffet. Great food, well marked as gluten free or not, knowledgeable staff and great service. $17-$18 per person without drinks.
Ordered from the GF menu, explained I couldn't have fried items because of the contamination and declined tortilla chips for that reason. I still got sick. Their gluten free menu is actually "gluten free-ish" and they say their fried items are cooked in a shared fryer but apparently they're still included in the gluten free-ish menu. Even if I wasn't sick right now, the food wasn't that great. I expected better quality for the price. Service was great though, our server was super nice.

very good food, wonderful service nice atmosphere. . waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten . yeah! would recommend very much.
the food was delicious. the only issue that I had was once when I asked for more tortillas they brought me flour not corn so I would double check when you get them. but the corn tortillas are some of the best that I have had. one other thing when you come please don't be in a hurry, service was a bit slow.

Decent gf selection. Staff was knowledgeable. Didn't get sick! Will return!
We were driving in Dallas and found Iron Cactus on GF searches. The waiter was very knowledgeable about GF choices. Both cevice and GF queso were excellent and fish tacos tasted great. No problems w cross contamination. These guys know GF!
I didn't even have to ask for a GF menu! It was automatically handed to us! Love it!! Tons of options for GF food which was wonderful!! Food was amazing too as well as the service!!!

Two page menu - lots of choices and very tasty!!
Love this place! The chips are cooked in a gluten-free fryer--they fry other things in the oil, but gluten-ful stuff is cooked in a separate fryer. It's like the only place in Dallas where we can eat chips! I've eaten here three times and never been sick; neither have my mom and sister, also Celiacs. Their GF menu is 2 whole pages!!!
Yes
Chips are not gf because they use frier for other things
get the veggie enchiladas. amazing and the goat cheese on top kicks ass
Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. The tortilla chips they bring out are cooked in their own fryer, without any other foods and the salsa is gluten free, too. The menu had a pretty good variety of things to choose from.
The Iron Cactus does have a gluten free menu but it only included foods that are normally gluten-free,so unless you just started eating gluten free, it is useless. The food was mediocre at best. My fish tacos were not great, and my husband's meatloaf was even worse. They charged $10. for valet parking, and we sat on a patio that smelled like garbage. Clearly, we won't be going back.
There are plenty of options. The guacamole was really nice, I liked it tableside so I could add extra things and remove things. The chips are in a dedicated fryer. I then had the blackened fish tacos. Personally I didn’t rate them, they weren’t blackened at all!

Would give zero if I could. My shrimp tacos came out on flour tortillas.
I have a dairy allergy and my beans had cheese on them.
I sent everything back and didn’t eat. Zero trust.
