Delicious! Everything GF was marked on on the menu and our server asked about allergies/dietary restrictions before taking orders. We got queso and celiac-safe chips as an appetizer and I ordered the chicken tacos. Everything tasted great and the restaurant had a great vibe!

Excellent chips safe for celiac fried first thing every day! Many items on menu labeled "gf" but fryer is not dedicated, so be careful! They use some unusual ingredient combinations, all delicious. We've done well here as long as we avoid anything fried.

I have eaten here twice and have gotten sick both times :(. I should mention i had the same server both times and he did not seem knowledgeable / didn’t seem to take note of “allergies”, so that may be the issue. Such a shame because the food is so good!

My favorite Mexican food in downtown A2! The chips are delicious and fried in a dedicated fryer. Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu. I have eaten here a few times now and have not gotten sick.

We had such an amazing dinner here. Chips were corn and delicious, with guacamole on the side. Had the brisket tacos that were so good with street corn on the side. 2 of us shared all of it and it was the perfect size. They had a GF cider on tap that was really good as well. Would love to go back!

They prepare your meals in a separate area when you explicitly state you have issues with gluten. They also fry their chips in fresh oil at the beginning of each morning so the risk for cross contamination is minimum, and I've never had problems eating the chips here after having been here about a dozen times. Wonder service and very accommodating!

came and ordered take out and the staff seemed very knowledgeable and made sure it said celiac, but when I had my celiac service dog check it, she alerted to gluten/cross contamination in the chicken tacos. but she cleared the chips and guacamole which were very delicious.

They were very knowledgeable on celiac and gluten allergies. The chips are gluten free and the Al Pastor tacos were very good.

I’m a very sensitive Celiac and had a great experience here! They have a separate GF menu and staff is very informed. Everything is made from scratch and they are careful about shared surfaces.

I had the Mahi Mahi fish tacos on corn tortillas. They were wonderful. The chips are also gluten free.

This is my favorite place to eat. We've come here several times and I've never had an issue. Every server has been kind and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend it.

Server was very knowledgeable of the menu, one of the first questions asked was if there were any allergies, and she was very forthcoming with GF suggestions.
The food tastes great, but I always feel/get sick after eating here. I don't think the corn tortilla tacos are gluten free (although they are not marked to be made with flour on the menu)
The first time I ate here, I felt great afterward. However, I have eaten here several times since and gotten glutened several times. I think the waiter grabbed the wrong chips once (asked for celiac and received regular), and another time I had the flatbread, which is actually cooked on a shared surface (which I found out after, when another waitress filled me in). It is possible to have a gluten free dinner but I would be careful. Seriously though, the salmon tacos are delicious!

The menu isn't labeled but the server was very knowledgeable and they have celiac-safe chips! I got the Asada Huarache, which was very good.
Fantastic Mexican food! Wait staff very familiar with food al
This place is awesome! Celiac tortilla chips!! The waiter was great, went out of his way to reassure me that my meal was safe, made recommendations. Had the Mushroom flatbread which was amazing. I would go here every day! Only negative- no GF beer!

never been sick, great menu choices

I've eaten here 3 times now and never had a problem. I was there last week and they told me that they fry their "celiac" tortilla chips first thing in the morning before any gluten containing items are fried. All 3 servers have been helpful and knowledgable.
Went there for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. first my friend called to make the reservation and they went on a 10 diatribe on the difference between how the gluten free and celiac food was prepared. Then ot only is most of the menu gluten free, but they also have "celiac" friendly items where they take extra precaution with your food and when it comes out, they say "celiac (food item)"!!! the guacamole (regular and pomegranate) and nachos (w. chicken) are main items in the celiac menu, they can accomadate other items but i know those are safe. Be warned, the nachos are extra spicy! :)

Went in gluten free and came out glutened!!Specifically told hostess and waitress that I have celiac, ordered chorizo with corn tortillas, and by the time they informed us (about 5 minutes later) that the tortillas we just consumed flour tortillas. "Oops. Sorry about that", was the response. We will not be going back. Ever

Upon asking our server if there were gluten free options our server answered that it was easier to tell us what was not GF! Most of the gluten dishes were also easily made GF by changing from flour tortillas to corn. They also have a dedicated frier for tortilla chips. Our entire meal was delicious. I was also thrilled when they specially made an order of plain grilled meat for one of my children who is on a FODMAPS elimination diet. It made her day to be able to eat something at the restaurant instead of food from a thermos.

Almost everything is gluten free!

All around great. Fresh food, knowledgeable staff and almost everything was naturally GF! Not your generic Mexican restaurant but rather a more modern approach. Highly recommended.

Imagine hearing "almost everything is gluten free"! Upscale, more traditional, Mexican food. Food was outstanding, served tapas style - so we got to share and try lots of dishes. I can't wait to go again!
