The other Jersey Mike's we've been to have been really good with gluten free. This location was clueless. Do not recommend. At all.

They have clearly taken the time to train their employees on how to prevent cross-contamination! After I told them I was Celiac, they cleaned the whole counter and all the equipment down before making my sandwich. They had dedicated gf knives and utensils and put parchment paper down. They kept the gf sandwich bread in its own packaging separate from all the other bread. They put clean gloves on. This sandwich was expertly made and it was very yummy!

So amazing. Staff cleaned and sanitized the slicer and washed and gloved. Gluten free bread in separate package. Used clean knife and barrier while making sub. Delicious!

I asked if all their meats were GF, the employee verified with another that they were. She asked if I had an allergy or just a preference. She wiped down the counter and meat cutter. Udi's sub bread available, but dry as usual for Udi's. #4 was delicious sandwich, they have packets of condiments.

The staff was super kind and understanding and wiped down all the equipment and took great care to make sure there wasn't any cross contamination (even though it slows down their line). The best part was that it's the best sandwich I've had since not being able to have gluten! And the sandwich wasn't puny like most gf ones I've had. Will definitely be back!
Very knowledgeable and very hospitable. They made my sandwich in a separate allergy board and used special knives and utensils. And they did it with a smile!!!

I’ve eaten here four times and never had a glutening. The staff is careful, uses separate prep equipment, and one person makes your sandwich from start to finish. I’d recommend getting extra mayo though because gf bread absorbs all moisture.
$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
