A bit of a scary sort of place for a sensitive Celiac, but they are actually pretty cautious. Every time, I pepper them with my normal litany of questions. On request they will (a) use a separate little counter (b) use a separate and just-cleaned meat slicer (c) use unopened containers of toppings from the back. They are always quite nice about everything.
Sadly, I also have a sensitivity to most preservatives (sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium benzoate, etc. -- you get the picture), so there's only one sub I can eat (Roast Beef and Provolone). That's really the only thing that prevents me from going pretty frequently, and it doesn't apply to most Celiacs.
