As soon as we ordered our subs on a gf bun, they cleaned and sanitized counters, changed gloves, and grabbed clean knives. Even used Mayo from a separate bottle. Everyone except the older manager (I think?) is very nice and careful. Manager guy tends to be really rude asking about allergies, but the food is safe and good

Delicious sub! I like that they serve it on a gluten free udis bun. I have not had any issues after eating there. Almost every thing there is able to be put on a gf bun!
I eat here often as it is very convenient for me. I enjoy the Udi’s hoagie rolls and that they (usually) wipe everything down. However, the last time I was in, the one person behind the counter was not very friendly and was as thorough with wiping down everything as they had previously been. The lady was very rude and was yelling at the other workers. Other than her, I recommend eating here as long as you make sure they wipe everything down if you are sensitive. I have however never gotten glutened.
Yes it’s gluten free but whenever i go in here to get a sub the cooks throw a fit - I’ve complained to management various times because of this

Wow, very impressed with their food prep for gluten free. Udi's rolls are individually wrapped so never come in contact with regular rolls. They clean the prep area, whether it be the grill or meat slicer, and remove their gloves, wash their hands and put on clean gloves. The roll is placed on a wrapper paper as they make the sub, so it never comes in contact with the regular prep area. We've tried it twice now, once for cold cut subs and once for a cheesesteak. They were sooo good, and we didn't get sick, so this will be a regular stop now. Love it!

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful! Rolls came prepackaged. They changed their gloves and cleaned all their surfaces without me having to ask. I got a GF chicken bacon ranch and they had Lays Baked chips which are GF! Yum all around.
A little expensive but soooo good.I think McDonalds would have a little less business and Jersey Mikes will have more business.I am so happy I tried it.
The food was awesome, fresh and delicious. Best part is they really knew how to handle the food to prevent cross-contamination.
This is one of the best places to go for GF. They are especially careful. They use separate knives, toppings and take the slicer apart and clean it before they do the GF hoagies. They also scrub all areas down that they work on.

I just had a GF Chicken Parmesan hoagie. It was pretty good. I liked the BLT better, but it was still wonderful. They clean everything down and even open new knives to make the GF hoagies. Yum.
They offer a gluten free sandwich bun! The staff cleaned the entire line including the meat slicer before making my sandwich. Both the service and the food was wonderful!

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
