Yum! I've had good luck with this location. Pro-tips: bread holds up and tastes best with the warm sandwiches. If going for cold option, I stick with sub in a tub.

Never have had problems with Jersey Mikes! They take precautions seriously and always change their gloves. Gluten free sub bread is delicious.

Wow! I was very impressed! I had not had a sub sandwich since being diagnosed with a gluten allergy ten years ago - and at that time Jersey Mike’s had been my favorite place for subs. The young men working here were knowledgeable and very careful. The GF bread was wrapped separately. They cleaned the blade before cutting the bread and cut the meat and cheese in a secondary area. They then put the open sandwich on a papered tray to bring it over for dressing, went to the back and grabbed a squeeze mayo container instead of using the mayo and spatula in the open container, and then cut my sandwich in half with a clean knife - I didn’t even have to ask! They were super polite and kind. The sandwich was delicious, and I had no reaction.

They are very good at preventing cross contamination and have gluten-free bread. They also have gluten free cookies that are really good!

I've eaten there 2 or 3 times since they started carrying gluten free sub rolls. The gf bread is really good. When you order gluten free, they clean the counter and slicer, wash hands and changes gloves, set up a clean treat with pallet over it to make your sandwich on, use a clean knife and squirt bottle topping just for gf orders.
$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
