I was so excited after reading the reviews here but ended up getting sick.

They have an allergy guide at the register that I used to order. When I informed them of my allergy they immediately offered to scoop from fresh containers. They seemed to have good precautions in place, and I felt fine after!

I was so excited to go here after reading all the reviews. After waiting in the long line, I finally get to the front and see the sign that says all flavors may contain wheat, gluten, etc. Needless to say, I didn’t order anything.

They had Gluten Free Oreo Ice Cream. Gluten free sugar cone also. They have so many flavors, sundaes...they were sure to give her a gluten free cone. They were out of GF cake cones, so they gave her a GF sugar cone. We will be back for sure!!!

Staff used clean scoops and a bottom tub-very safe. Good clear allergen list!

Yes

They had a separate list of gluten free flavors. Our server opened a new bucket of ice cream to avoid cross-contamination. I got chocolate ice cream with a gluten free cone.The ice cream was delicious and I’m really glad I was able to enjoy ice cream with my family again. I would definitely recommend this ice cream if you’re nearby (especially in the summer).

Great experience... gluten free cones... fresh gloves and scoop and ice cream bucket. They know what flavors are safe. Oh yeah!!!!

List of allergen ingredients right on the board, so don’t need to even ask. When told it’s for gluten allergy they put on gloves, use new scoop, get out new ice cream then give spoon from separate drawer. Also, have plain gluten free cone. Nice to have a choice of so many flavors of ice cream, yogurt, sorbet even dairy free ice cream!
