They have gluten free buns but they are awful quality. You pay a $1 upcharge on an already overpriced meal for the privilege of eating a dense, dry bun that overpowers everything on your sandwich.
Unless dropping $14 to have sand for lunch is your thing...avoid.

I asked if they had gluten free buns and they did! The cashier asked if I had an allergy or if it was preference (I said allergy to make it easier rather than saying celiac) and they were very accommodating. Gluten free bun was very tasty

I will not go back. The lady at the counter knew just enough to carry a conversation about the gluten free items. I was told the roast beef and chicken were gluten free. I was told that the have a dedicated fryer for the fries. They told me they get special GF buns and that they are kept separate from other bread. They change their gloves and use a separate (but right next to) section to make the sandwiches. They use the same toppings from what I can tell.. She was seemingly nice until the moment I said, I'm sorry but I didn't see her change her gloves, did she? (I watched her clear the board of all the other orders before completing mine.) She literally would have to of been a ninja to do so... Her response was "She's worked her for 30 years, she changed her gloves... What do you just want your money back!". It was very rude. Working some place for 30 years doesn't mean she understands how cross contamination works or what gluten actually is. I ended up getting sick short after I left. So, this location is a hard pass due to the service.

Gluten free rolls and a dedicated fryer if you mention a gluten allergy. Great lunch spot!

Order was wrong, but initially we chalked that up to a mask-obscured misunderstanding. My husband’s GF sandwich on GF bread was served with fries, which are CC, and no condiments were provided so I made three trips to the counter when I realized i was missing ketchup, then Mayo, then lemon. It was like a comedy of errors, but not funny. Roast beef was good but GF bun was dry, and fried clam bellies were bland and coating was gritty. Fries and onion rings were bland too. Oy!

Was pleasantly surprised that any sandwich could be made gluten free. They are careful to toast bun with tinfoil and gave Mayo for me to put on myself. The bun was also really yummy! The girl taking my orders Roomate has celiac so she was very careful and knowledgeable!

I asked for gluten free options and the clerk said there was none. I asked for chowder, first the clerk said it wasn't gluten free so I looked for other things. the cook came running over offered me a gluten free list and chowder was on it. now worried about gluten I order something with a bun. the clerk asked if I wanted it toasted. I asked how they plan to not contaminate it. she had no answer I opted not to. my food came out on the same tray as my families with the chicken. fingers hanging in my dish. I spoke with mgmt. she apologized and gave me a giftcard to give them another chance.
I ordered the Gluten free bun with roast beef. It's 6 hours later and I still feel great so I am happy :)

Pretty good! Be careful of the fires though they sometimes have a different fryers ! The steak and cheese is great. Every restaurant has flour in the air. Especially a fried seafood place. But I've been eating here for years with celiac and been okay

The first time we went, they said fries were safe. The second time, they told us that they were fried in the same fryer as non-gluten free foods. Make sure you ask before ordering them!

I was assured that the fryer is dedicated to fries. I enjoyed a burger on GF bun and fries for the first time in a long time. I did not feel bad at all and really expected to just from the richness of the food. Felt like a small miracle, a tasty one at that! Not something I would eat every week, but a nice treat once or twice a year.

Roast beef sandwich and coleslaw. Fries are not celiac safe. Gluten free bun, declined having it toasted. Explained very clearly how sensitive I am, still got sick. No good.

A sandwich and fries like everyone else. Go figure! Highly recommended.
Good roast beef sandwich. Service was great.
I had heard that Kelly's had a gluten free bun so I decided to check it out. Upon ordering gluten free, they ask if it is an allergy. Ordered a gluten free roast beef sandwich with fries. Great experience. Great food. Felt good after. Will definitely return.

Absolutely delicious food. Unfortunately I am as sick as a dog after having their Reuben on a toasted gf bun.

We had two roast beef sandwiches on gluten free buns with extra sauce (which is also gf) and it was great. No cross contamination and my boyfriend feels totally fine today. Not sure about the fries or any of the other food! Just grateful I can still have Kelly’s!

According to my friend who works there he said that the only item he wud trust is the clam chowder (without crackers). The chowder is really good. All the other sandwiches on gf buns could be cross contaminated.
