Ate here four times since my Celiac diagnosis. Got sick the past two times. Will never eat there again. I called after my diagnosis and an employee told me most items could be made gluten free and followed her instructions each time I ordered, including flagging it for a gluten "allergy". Still got sick the last two. Might be fine if you don't have to worry about cross contamination

I had been a few times for dine-in pre-pandemic and spoke to management who helped me navigate GF options. I always felt sick afterwards but not very sick, so I thought it was because I was from the spice level or eating too much. I ordered online once when the pandemic began for the nachos I always ordered before and loved. I listed that I had a gluten allergy on my ticket and they called me to inform me that their tortilla chips are not cooked in a dedicated fryer. I was so disappointed and haven’t tried to go back since. In general, I would guess that most of the staff and management are educated on what gluten-containing ingredients are but not on the importance of avoiding cross-contamination.

This place sucks! Their employee had no clue & kept asking what I wanted. Continued to just ask what I wanted. I’d never been there, there’s no gf menu & there was no communication about options. Just… “what do you want!?” When I asked for help navigating their online menu with no labels. PFChangs is better :(
