Lets make one thing clear! This is the place to go if you want you best GF pizza you have ever tasted! Do not be scared about GF dough extra fee… it is worth it!

Its home made dough and I would not believe it is GF at first glance, it looks soooooo normal. Taste is super good and Diavola i took was so tasty omg!

Pls forget all other places in Miami Beach to get frozen dough and pay few dollars more to get piece of heaven to your mouth.

Loved the flavor and options for GF pizza. They seem to take gluten allergy seriously, since there was no reaction the same or next day. Just as a precaution though, they do make their dough with Caputo gluten removed wheat flour. So if you have a wheat allergy or have had a reaction with gluten removed wheat, this is not a good choice.

They informed me that they prepare the pizza separately with dedicated utensils and pans (it’s also stated in the menu) but that it’s cooked in the same oven as regular pizza. So far have not had a reaction and pizza was good!

The best little authentic pizzeria! We live out of town but it’s top of our list when visiting Miami. Very knowledgeable in gluten free, delicious house made dough, variety of options for pizza including their award winning pizzas and a Nutella pizza (definite hit with the kids!). I have celiac and have never had an issue. I am the only one with an allergy in a family of 6 and they all love the GF pizza. In fact, they made sure I double checked that it was gluten free because they didn’t think it was!

This is hands down the BEST gluten free pizza I have had anywhere in the country. The crust was hand thrown gluten free and was to die for. I am very sensitive celiac and did not get sick. You must try it.

Wife and I decided to stop by after seeing all the reviews. I'm gluten free and she's dairy free. We decided to split the octopus appetizer which was good. I will stay the olives and sauce brought out the fishiness of the octopus so I ended up eating all the octopus and she had the rest. We split a 4 stagioni w/o cheese (they have vegan cheese, but wife generally doesn't like them so decided not to risk it). It was so good. It was so well balanced. It is one of, if not the best gluten free pizzas I've ever had. Also had the homemade pistachio gelato. I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. It had an eggy custardness too it.

We decided to go back for lunch the next day and each of us got our own pizza. I got the salame & bell peppers (w/ cheese). A nice light taste and still super well balanced.

It was nice that we got to sit next too the oven the second visit so I got to watch them prep it and cook it (wiped down counter before and after placing the aluminum foil that they prepped and cooked the pizza on. No symptoms after either trip.

This place is amazing. They have glutenfree Pizza dough and dairy free (vegan) cheese. It was the best pizza I hve ever had. Better then Italy and Ticino, Switzerland. Sevice was great, it's a cute little place. You can watch them prepare and bake your pizza. It's authentic italien cuisine.

I asked about the process and he said it’s made in separate section of the kitchen, they also said that whilst it’s cooked in the pizza oven, it’s put on a sheet of paper to try to eliminate cross contamination with the flour. They didn’t guarantee anything, however unless you eat somewhere totally GF they never will! Honestly though I’d go back again and again and again!

Very good and felt safe. The pizza was authentic tasting, with a thin red sauce. Highly recommend the Buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto for a starter and the American pizza. The Fresh ricotta on the pizza was amazing.

A must if you are in the Miami Beach area! Be prepared to be transported to Naples. Don’t come expecting a quick in and out…Sit back and enjoy a truly Italian experience with gluten freedom. We found the service to be delightful and fun and the food equally delicious making a fantastic experience. We came back the next day for lunch and again for dinner. They offer gluten free penne and guided us through what pasta dishes that were able to make gluten friendly and offer a gluten free dough to make all varieties of dishes from. They made me the most incredible desert with pistachios and Nutella (I couldn’t pronounce the name of it even if I could have understood it) but I will post a picture…you simply must try it with a shot of espresso. You’ll need a cigarette when you’re done, even if you don’t smoke.

This was fabulous!! We got here on a Sunday night at 8:30pm and it was quite busy with a wait but it was well worth it. Great GF crust and they cook on an aluminum tin to prevent cross contamination. 100% will come back when visiting Miami again.

After reading reviews about the amazing gf pizza, I couldn’t wait to try it! We went there two days ago, but they were out of the gf flour needed to make the pizza. So sad!! I ordered a gf pasta dish that was $20 + $5 extra and, honestly, it was not very good. It was actually disappointing. I’m sure the gf pizza is amazing, but I don’t recommend the pasta.

Absolutely perfect! Partner and I came here based on these reviews and they’re right, best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Staff were really helpful, told me which toppings would not be suitable for GF which only limited from having 3 types of pizza, usually it’s the other way round that we can only have 3 out of the menu! Absolutely delicious! Big base as well not small like other gluten free options compared to the regular size pizzas! Highly recommend

The BEST gluten free pizza. Nearly any pizza can be made gluten free, and there are lots of yummy options. Tried the pesto pizza. 🤌 The GF dough was fresh, tender and hard to believe GF. Absolute surprise and such a gem of a restaurant. It was busy, but they were kind and worth any wait. Try the pistachio gelato that’s made fresh in house & GF too!

La pizza estaba muy buena aparte la masa la hacen ellos y se puede escoger casi cada tipo de pizza y pasta, pero como la pizza era muy grande la decidimos partir y el camarero no le sentó muy bien eso, nos evitó durante toda la cena con mala cara y comportamientos bordes hacia nosotros para después exigir la propina… pero a pesar de esto un puesto genial y pizza muy muy buena (pero se hace en el mismo horno con papel de plata)
