The menu is not marked, but one of the staff was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I used to eat here all the time growing up before I became gluten intolerant and was ecstatic to find out I could eat their appetizer nachos with chicken and their El Trópico specialty drink. Chips at this location are fried in a gf fryer. It was a lovely dose of nostalgia and pleasantly had no issues other than a happy full belly afterwards.

The owners have a daughter with celiac, so they are very aware and careful. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and they don't charge extra like other places. The tortillas they use are great, tastes like normal flour tortillas. There is a dedicated fryer. The sour cream and guacamole is also non-dairy.

The food was really yummy and they do have gluten free options, but I got so sick afterwards, the worst gluten sickness I’ve had in months. I don’t think my waiter took me seriously when I explained celiac and asked about gluten free procedures.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable! They even have gluten free flour tortillas! But the most important thing is, you can eat the chips and salsa.

Really delicious food. I was informed that the owner knows a ton about Celiac Disease, so they are very careful with cross-contamination procedures. The waiter told me that they could make every meal on the menu GF but one! That's amazing! They also have two desserts that they can make GF. The food was tasty and they don't skimp out on what they give you. Overall I was very impressed!

The owners daughter has celiac disease so they have made accommodations so that she can eat anything off of the menu (except for 1 item). I had a burrito enchilada style, instead of it being made with a little corn tortilla it was made with a large GF mock flour tortilla. They also have a dedicated GF frier so you can eat all the chips you want :) Also, our waitress was so sweet and knowledgeable.
Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. The kitchen has a separate fryer for gluten free. Had gluten free rice & beans.

We love coming to Los Hermanos! My celiac husband was able to get GF taquitos with rice, beans, and guacamole (the taquitos originally were only made with flour tortillas, but Los Hermanos can now make them with corn tortillas for gluten-free customers). The food is absolutely delicious and very filling, and the staff is knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. A must-visit when in the Orem/Provo area!
