Review of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I had the thin rice crust pizza and it was great! I've resolved that I will never have a pizza experience like I did before I had to go gf so my expectations are different.

I couldn't eat the cheese bc I'm also dairy free, so I loaded up with good toppings. I had sausage, garlic, spinach, black olives and mushrooms. It was literally the best gf pizza I've had since eating gf. Obviously, pizza with no cheese is lacking so I got some olive oil, sprinkled salt in it and dipped my pizza in and it was perfect!

This restaurant is also highly recommend def by locals. The non-gf pizza is incredible says my pizza deprived husband! It is made deep dish and the sauce is on top of the impossibly long and tantalizing cheese. They may make the gf pizza like this too, I just don't know since I can't have dairy.
