Delicious. Have had the "no dough" option a few times, and now an actual GF crust! Best GF pizza I've had in the Chicagoland area!

Ask for the gluten free menu, there is a chicken dish, fish dish a GF dough pizza, a sausage party crust pizza (I had this and i didn't miss having a dough crust one bit, it was bursting with flavor and has that traditional Chicago sausage and pizza flavor) there were several salads to choose from, the house dressing made this my new favorite restaurant salad. Wait staff was knowledgable and made special care to prevent cross contamination.

Fantastic GF pizza! It doesn't hold heavy toppings very well, though. But totally worth every penny- wish the delivered to where I live but I don't mind the drive to get it.

They have a delicious Gf pizza but isn't something you can have too often! Instead of a normal bready crust there is a sausage crust. They just spread Italian sausage in the pan and then cover it in sauce and cheese. It is yummy but you can feel you arteries hard as you eat it.

Lou Malnati's *finally* has a real GF crust -- not just the sausage "crust" they've been offering us for years. I tried it tonight and thought it was very good. The crusts are being sourced from Deerfield's bakery which I understand has a completely separate facility for making their GF baked goods. Once at Lou Malnati's, the pizzas are cooked in the same stove as all the other pizzas, but I spoke to staff and was assured that they are taking measures to keep things safe. After eating the pizza tonight, I am not noticing any contamination symptoms even though I am extremely sensitive. So far so good. Recommend!

This review based on take out at Carol Stream location: Small is only size choice. It is very good GF crust. Maybe most close to original of any pizza place I've found. Price is also good -- small is under $10. BUT NOTE THAT IT IS SMALL. Not exactly deep dish and very light. When i pocked up my box I knew i was not carrying enough for two people. Two pizza will serve three people. I can eat a small by myself even if I shouldn't. Among the best GF pizza I've ever tasted. Just make sure you order enough.

Choices are crustless pizzza with a sausage base or gluten free crust and your choice of toppings. Crust was very good. If ordering with no cheese ask for extra sauce. Very long wait but it was Friday and there is a convention in town as well as football fans. Husband had regular deepdish and was disappointed. Was concerned about contamination since it was ago busy but seems all is well.

i thought their gf pizza was great. They have a 9 " gf flour thin crust with your choice of toppings. i had onions, mushrooms and spinach. Absolutely delicious!! The crust stayed together and had a great mouth feel. i would definitely go back! Closest to real that i've had so far.

Crustless pizza is available. The "crust" is made from sausage. I loved it! I did have some slight discomfort from the cross contamination, but I would do it again! I am so glad to know that I don't have to give up my favorite pizza.
