Has GF options on the menu. Talked to the waitress and she reassured me as to the measures they take. Had the salad and classic pizza to share with a non coeliac friend who enjoyed the meal as much as I did, it was fantastic food.

Gf crust is ok at best. I’ve had better crust on frozen gf pizzas. However it was truly gluten free, not contaminated from the kitchen so they get points for that.

One of the best gluten free pizzas I have ever had! And the fact that it was deep dish, and it was my first time visiting Chicago, so I felt very lucky to find gluten free deep dish. Very filling and delicious! I was able to get 2 meals out their one-size gluten free pizza. I felt great after eating, no ill effects, and look forward to eating here again on our next trip!

Very impressed with GF deep dish pizza. It even had that signature sourdough type flavor! Felt good about the precautions taken and have had no effects. Go give it a try!

This location has gluten free deep dish pizza and it's delicious! Not all locations offer this or are open long hours. I can't speak to cross contamination or shared equipment but I didn't have any ill effects from my meal, except I stuffed myself. i definitely recommend this restaurant.

The server was amazing! GF deep dish pizza cooked in a dedicated purple pan (purple pans are the universal cookware color for allergies in commercial kitchens) i have a dairy allergy as well as Celiac and they were able to accommodate my needs safely! It’s been FOREVER since i’ve had pizza and deep dish at that and not only was it delicious, it was SAFE!! pizza also came out whole and not cut in the back, was cut at the table in front of me with a clean knife/spatula. Super impressed, can’t wait to go again!

Staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that precautions would be taken to prevent cross-contamination. I had pepperoni and it was the best GF pizza I’ve had! Ranch is GF too. They were very busy but managed to keep my meal safe!

I’ve eaten here twice recently and both times had a great experience (the fact that I went back says a lot). As far as GF pizza goes, I think it’s delicious!
Yes
Staff were knowledgeable but pizza base was hard as rock. Toppings were yummy but I was disappointed by the hard, flavourless base. I had read great GF reviews and was left underwhelmed.
Super flakey buttery crust! Delicious!
Gluten-free pizza came back POSITIVE for gluten via Nima sensor. Not recommended for Celiacs.
Crust less was fantastic. They even served the pizza uncut to avoid cross contamination from cutter! Absolutely no reaction! I will be back!

I found the GF pizza to be very starchy. It had a cardboard like texture.
Crustless GF pizza! They use sausage instead of any type of bread!

The crustless pizza is absolutely AMAZING!!!!
Pizza is good - not best ever but very good and staff is very informative.

Great food, great staff and great atmosphere. The gluten free option can either be a small size rice base which is big enough for two. Or you can get sausage patty base. They do not however have a gluten free starter but their brownie is gluten free is worth trying, very delicious. Make sure to book in advance as you can wait up to an hour for a table on any night.
My friend and I had pizza on August 24, 2013 while each of us had separately come into Chicago. This pizzeria was recommended by a local and was so good. It's a really popular place, be sure to tell the person where you order it needs to be GF and also your server. I thought staff where knowledgeable and knew not to ask me if I wanted the house bread. The advance ordering before sitting down saves time, we were in and out within an hour.

Literally so good. My only complaint is the edges are a bit hard but the flavor is amazing and it didn’t crumple so it’s a 10 in my book. I don’t love deep dish so I didn’t get it but I loved that I had the OPTION. I feel like that’s so rare. I would definitely come here again.

Gluten free options, yes. But the Chicago style gluten free deep dish pizza was mediocre at best. Toppings were delicious, however the crust was chewy and challenging to eat.

Cross contamination 😔 Flavor was delicious but GF crust was so hard you could hear it scrape my teeth and I got sick from a cross contamination

I’ve always loved deep dish pizza so when I got diagnosed with celiac I was worried I’d never be able to enjoy it again. Thankfully, I live right by a Lou Malnatis location and get their deep dish GF pizza all the time!! It is definitely the most authentic GF deep dish crust and I’ve personally never gotten sick from their pizza (I’ve ordered it a ton).

They have the thin and deep dish crusts made off site to help minimize the cross contact. But due to this they have limited sizes available. Also, just me personally, I don't care for thee flavor of their crusts.
