This restaurant is really a gem. The gluten free focaccia was excellent and you could barely tell the difference between it and the normal focaccia. The prosciutto plate was some of the best prosciutto we have ever had. As a main dish we had the cacio e pepe with the handmade gluten free tagliatelle. It was phenomenal! And for dessert the chocolate mousse with the gf cookie crumbles and berries was so delicious!
This was such an amazing meal and their knowledge of gluten free made the experience even better.
This place not only has excellent food, they have great ambience as well! They do not take reservations and there is always a wait. The waiter was aware of celiac and made me feel very comfortable that whatever I ordered, could be made gluten-free. He said that all of their pasta dishes (aside from the ravioli and lasagna) can be made gluten-free. They even brought gluten-free focaccia bread to the table. I ordered the Taglierini. Handmade pasta, pesto, pomodoro D'oro, & imported burrata. It was scrumptious!

Food was so delicious. My husband and i had the penne alla betola which seems so basic but it is not basic and so delicious. We also shared the pizza. My husband isn’t gluten free and said this was the best he has had!
