This establishment had great pizza, but we did have to wait a while - but it makes sense why. It seems like they make the gluten free pizzas separately in the back, and they even give you a cute person pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination as the other reviewers mentioned!

Cross contamination is very low risk here, as the other reviewer said, they cook it in the back and in its own tray and you get a little pizza cutter. It does take a little bit to get these pizzas as they make GF pizza to order. One this is I recommend sharing it with at least one other person maybe 2 as the personal pizza was still large. The crush is a little crumbly but had good flavor (buttery). Overall I had a good experience and didn't get sick.

Wanted the family to experience NY pizza, so we chose this place since they offered a GF crust option. The regular pizza was OK, the GF pizza was terrible. The crust was like a super salty cracker that crumbled when you tried to pick it up. On the plus side (why I gave two stars, not one) contamination seemed unlikely since it was baked in a metal tray and they provided a free pizza cutter to cut it myself.
