Incredible experience both times we’ve been there. Waiter and manager both went above and beyond explaining the options and answering questions. Manager automatically comes over when an allergy is announced, and he checks in again once your meal has arrived. Everyone was very friendly and fun to talk to. I felt very safe there and the meal was perfection.

I’m intolerant, don’t have CD, and I got sick here twice. I stick to a Low FODMAP diet, so perhaps it was an allium and not a gluten issue. But in either case, I did not feel the server took my food issues seriously.

I live nearby and my son loves it here, but we won’t be back.

The staff was very accommodating here! I did family style with a large group and they were able to bring me gluten free options of every course.

Had the pasta with meat sauce and meatballs before seeing Blue Man Group. It was delicious. Not a 5 because it would’ve been nice to have some bread with the pasta.

The waiter was great! The restaurant boasts that they are allergen friendly, but then the chef refused to alter my meal. The waiter and manager tried repeatedly to get me to order another item which I couldn't do because it was the only item that met all my allergy needs with only one (gluten) alteration needed. After I restated my specific needs over and over again the manager finally made my meal herself. We ended up waiting quite a long time and were made to feel pretty lousy about the whole thing. It was a let down and a waste of time for us. Don't go to this restaurant if you want to eat without a hassle.

The staff asked about allergies right off the bat which was nice. The GF pasta is soo good- actually sent it back to confirm it was GF since it is soo delicious I wasn’t sure it was GF. Service is excellent.

The staff was extremely kind and the chef came out to greet our table to give us confidence that our Celiac needs were being met. It was a lovely gesture. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the drinks were a little slow to arrive. But we would absolutely return.

All of the food, GF and not GF was delicious!

I didn’t get a reaction and I am a celiac. The sauces were good but the pasta was tough. Not very good. Feel like I probably could have made better at home, but maybe this was because I got it to go. Maybe it would have been better if we ate there? Staff was very nice. Knew the GF menu. All sauces and dressings GF. Priced fairly. Probably won’t return just cause I didn’t feel like it was that yummy but I’m not disappointed we went.

Great food, even better waitstaff - very attentive to our dietary needs. Lots of GF options from which to choose but no separate menu. The assistant manager came over to talk to us since we were eating GF and he was also very helpful. We will be back!

I can't say enough great things about this place! Chef came out immediately with a notepad to discuss my options and checked on me a few times after my food came out. It was amazing! And no symptoms the next day! The chefs are amazingly accommodating. Just ask to talk to one.

I will say we really enjoyed our meal. We did the family style dinning with our daughters and were inundated with great gf food. Sausage and peppers, mussels, pasta and creme brûlée. My only disappointment was with being slightly misled. We called ahead to see what was gf and were told they can make anything gf. So we planned our meal, but the skeptic in me also made a second string menu...good thing I did. Mozzarella sticks? No. Raviolis? No. Lasagna? No. They have a gf penne and can put any of their sauces on it. So we had 3 different sauces on the penne and a chicken dish and were good to go. We were absolutely stuffed and my daughter had no issues so it was a success.

Great food. They don't really have a gf menu. However, it is true that they can make GF many things on the regular menu. Big exception:they have no gf breads AT All. The pasta we had was excellent. The only gf dessert was creme burlee which was also delicious. I would go back.

Very nice staff who are more than willing to make dishes gluten free. I actually ate my Thanksgiving dinner here with my family (it's my first major holiday having an official gluten intolerance diagnosis). I was super impressed and pleasantly surprised at the number of gluten free alternatives so I could still have a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Nothing but praises for this place and the staff.

Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!

Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue. Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.

The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

We love Maggianos! We eat there for all of our special occasions. The have penne pasta they can mix with almost any sauce. The Creme Brule is very good too. If you tell them you are gluten free the chef will also come out to the table and explain their safety precautions and answer any questions you might have. Definitely recommend.
