Found this gem on a business trip by my hotel. So refreshing to walk into a dedicated GF restaurant! I had delicious Mac and cheese. Hadn’t had any in YEARS. This place is amazing! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. And I really hope the Mac and cheese becomes a regular menu item!

Amazing! Totally gluten-free restaurant. Pick your own bowl style (like Chipotle). And they have the best cookies I've ever had! Brownies too. Highly recommend.

It was safe, but definitely not filling. My husband and I said we could’ve eaten two bowls each. Everything was made with fresh, not frozen vegetables. The food was ok but probably could’ve used a little more flavor. I got the teriyaki tiki bowl. It came with creamy wasabi sauce on the side that I didn’t want. My husband got the bbq luau bowl, and it came with a ginger sauce that was different than the sauce on the chicken. He wished there had been more sauce like on the chicken. So neither of us used our side sauces. The kids had the gluten friendly Mac and cheese and seemed to like it. I’m not sure I’d come here again because I’d probably want to order two bowls for me, and it was already a bit pricey for one.

Everything here is Gluten Free!! That was awesome to not have to worry about cross contamination. My only complaint is that the food could've had more flavor to it. Other than that, not bad!

I have been meaning to write this review since I ate at this restaurant a week ago. I stumbled upon this place and told them I couldn’t eat their Mac and cheese because I had to eat gluten free. Suddenly my world became full of unicorns, clouds and sunshine. It was all gluten free?!? I ate their Mac and cheese and it was honestly the best I have ever had! The owner was amazing and the food was magnificent. I can’t say how highly I recommend this place to others in the area. I will eat over and over and over and over and over here. Seriously. It was amazing - especially for a celiac!

We visit regularly and haven’t been disappointed. It’s a great place for us as the food is fresh, healthy and celiac friendly which is a must for my wife and son. We also used them for catering a party recently. It was perfect.

This place is awesome! The food was so good. I loved the wasabi sauce. There zucchini brownies were moist and chocolatey without any aftertaste. It was fun to be able to get dessert. The service was supreme. The food was very filling and a great value. Definitely will come back next time I'm in town.

Fabulous food as we were driving through this area. Thank you for having an online menu and a separate one for the allergy lists. My only wish would have been a dairy free cookie or brownie dessert. I would definitely eat here often if I lived by.

Having celiac, along with multiple food allergies, makes eating out pretty difficult. Here, I had a safe and filling meal at a convenient location. I was able to pick from many healthy options, unlike other fast food choices. It was truly fast, more so than drive thru. I’d even recommend to anyone newly diagnosed, who’s body is especially sensitive.

Omg this was so good. I got the noodles with coconut rice, roasted sweet potatoes and siracha brussel sprouts with key west chicken and coconut ginger sauce. Added on a yummy chocolate chip cookie. Then they told us it was free dole whip night so got a pineapple and watermelon swirl. It was all excellent

All the menu items are Gluten Free. The food tasted great. You can even get dessert which is rare.

Everything is gluten free! It's SO yummy. Great portion sizes. Has variety. I am super excited Idaho Falls has a dedicated gluten free restaurant!!

I thought the food tasted good but I ended up getting sick about 1.5 hr later. Not sure if it was a gluten exposure given they are dedicated gf. But it definitely feels like a celiac reaction. I will not be eating there again. I ordered the cauliflower noodles, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, tofu, and citric ginger sauce.
