Excited to have another gluten free option in town especially for those times the rest of the family wants McDonald’s for lunch but overall the food wasn’t that good. Just kinda tasteless and made me wish I’d made it myself. The bread pudding was a delight for someone that can’t have gluten but it was dry especially compared to a regular bread pudding and I found a hair in it and some parts were hard and dried out. The chicken and wild rice soup would be helpful if I was sick or something but all the recipes I’ve ever used start with a roux with either milk or heavy cream and this was definitely made with water, canned chicken and a handful of rice, just thin soup, not a lot of substance or flavor. The bread on my tuna sandwich was gluten free which is exciting but it did have some bits of white mold on it. The tuna salad part wasn’t anything either, honestly my kids 8 and 10 make a better tuna. The tea was good.

The waitress wasn’t very helpful with the gluten free options. I explained everything to her and she asked the kitchen questions. Then served me bread she said was gluten free and it wasn’t.

The GF bread was the best I have ever had. To top it off they have GF bread pudding! A southern staple for sure and now one of my favorite places on the coast.

I had the chicken salad sandwhich on gluten free bread and the gluten free bread pudding. Their gluten free menu online is not up to date. Be sure to clarify with a waitress/waiter before ordering.

my new favorite lunch spot on the MS Gulf Coast! the Gluten free bread is amazing. they serve thick slices and taste great even untoasted. I had the shrimp creole over rice that was just the right amount of spicy. they have sandwiches, soups and several great options on the menu.

The gluten free bread pudding with white chocolate sauce is THE best bread pudding I have ever had (even pre Celiac disease diagnosis). I will be ordering a pan of this bread pudding for the holidays.

Brittany can answer all your questions about how they prevent Cross contamination. They have done a great job listening to the local Celiac community.

The food is amazing! It's been so long since I've had gf bread that didn't chip a tooth or feel like eating cardboard! I liked it so much I bought a loaf! Definitely going back!

This restaurant had a cute old-home feel. We sat on the porch because the weather was lovely. The servers were very nice. Okay, the food: the whole menu is NOT gluten free, but they did have a separate gf menu that had a good selection. I ordered 1/2 turkey sandwich & cup of potato soup. I also got gluten free bread pudding. It was all delicious. My only negative was that it was pretty pricey for soup and sandwich. For me, my husband, and daughter to eat (plus two desserts) was $75 + tip which seems kind of high to me. Overall, it was a fun experience :)

Martha's mission started years ago when she started cooking for a Celiac friend. Wonderful GF chicken salad, soups, bread pudding and many others. Home baked GF bread so soft and good! Only open for lunch.
