CHIPS ARE NOT GF- do not eat here if you have celiac!
— Separate gluten-free menu
They have a separate gluten-friendly menu but you have to ask for it. Most everything can be made GF by subbing corn tortillas instead of flour. Chips and salsa are safe. There's also a list on the GF menu of individual items that are GF. Waitress was knowledgeable about GF and had no problems making substitutions as requested. Will go back again, great service and good portion sizes.

We frequently eat at multiple locations for Mi Ranchito. They have a separate gluten-friendly menu (but you have to ask for it), andthere are many additional things to order based on their gluten free ingredients. My daughter and I both have Celiac and this is one of the few places we can eat chips. They fry all the chips in clean oil first thing in the morning, so they are always safe to eat and not contaminated by crumbs in the fryer. You should note that the little scoop of masa that they put on most plates is NOT gluten free, so I always request "no masa" because sometimes it ends up on gluten free plates by accident. Most of the menu can be modified with corn tortillas and poblano rice to be gluten free. We have never had a problem here and enjoyed a large variety of dishes and chips with salsa. Their salsa does not contain any flour so it is safe too.
