Fresh and seasonal Mexican food that highlights the regional cuisine. The server asks about allergies including celiac and wrote it all down and came back with a “safe” menu. The fryer usually doesn’t have gluten in it, but she double checked for me so I cools enjoy the chips and the omg fried oyster taco - so so so good. Great cocktails! Make a reservation in advance, well worth it.

Everything besides the burrito is gluten free and no risk of cross contamination. Excellent pre-Hispanic Mexican food

I haven't had a chance to eat here yet, but wanted to share what they shared with me when I emailed to ask if they are able to accommodate someone with Celiac. This was their response:
"Yes, we are very accommodating with gluten allergies. We only have two dishes that contain gluten - our steak burrito and taco discada. These both have flour tortillas. Also, our carne asada for the burrito is marinated in beer. There is little to no cross contamination as these dishes are prepared separately from everything else. All of our other dishes are gluten free. Fried foods are safe as well as we do not use flour but cornstarch."

The waiter boasted that their menu is "99% gluten free," but burritos in flour tortillas are cooked with the same equipment as everything else, so that 1% of gluten gets around. Probably fine for NCGS, but not celiac safe. Food was delicious, even if it did later upset my stomach.
