Great gluten free pizza. Can’t tell it’s GF from the taste it texture. For non-GF people, the deep dish pizza is also amazing

I have had nothing but positive experiences from this Minsky's and would recommend it.

Yes

I thought the GF pizza tasted good, but I started having symptoms not too long after eating it. so I'm assuming it had cross-contamination. Wondering how well they are training their employees about Celiac... ☹

I love their gluten free crust! Obviously it's not like their regular pizza crust bc guess what? it's made with completely different ingredients.

Love the fact that I can get the Prime Cut Pizza. I never have had any issues with feeling bad afterwards...prefer this to Waldo due to location

I love Minsky's pizza, and their gluten free pizza TASTES pretty good. However, I've eaten at 3 locations (2 in KC / 1 in Lawrence) at least 20 times since going gluten free, and have had symptoms EVERY time. I don't have celiac disease, but I get sinus swelling and migraines when I eat gluten. That said, it is QUITE apparent when I get glutened. I have eaten at several other pizza places and have yet to experience symptoms elsewhere. Either Minsky's is just lazy about avoiding cross contamination or they just don't care. I sent them feedback, but haven't received a response. I have given up on them...

Good in a pinch. But not my favorite gluten free pizza, by far. Go to Waldo Pizza or Spin instead.

Disappointing crust...tasted like thick cardboard. I was so sad because Minsky's is my absolute FAVORITE pizza. I hope they can find a way to make it better.

Pizza crust needs to be thinner and lighter. Have had better than theirs.

They have a gluten free menu! The Classic Detroit-Style pizza is the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! And the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, especially Vicki!

I am very sensitive celiac and I am always nervous to eat out at places that aren't strictly gluten free. I wasn't sure about eating here but talked to the waitress who assured me everything is prepared separately and I would be safe so I decided to give it a try. The gluten free pizza is so good (like good enough it made me feel like I shouldn't be allowed to eat it lol) and I had NO reaction. Thrilled!
