One of my go to for fast food. Always super friendly staff, might have occasional cross contamination issues though.

— Excellent

Very knowledgeable of what does and doesn't have gluten. Lots of gluten free options. French fries are cooked in exclusive frier :) Only one out of six BBQ sauces has gluten and it's properly labeled so no risk of contamination.

The staff is very knowledgeable on how to handle gf, they verbally tell the kitchen that your order is gluten free, and the kitchen employees change gloves. Most meats are gluten free, the fries are gluten free, most of the bbq sauces and some of the sides are gluten free as well. The KC classic bbq sauce tastes exactly like gates bbq in Kansas City, which is my favorite bbq place.

Very nice gluten free menu. All, but one or two of the sauces is gluten free.

Great Gluten Free menu and the staff was well trained to handle my celiac son. Person at the register yelled out that a GF order was coming and the cook in back immediately changed gloves. Fries are the only thing put in deep fryer so those are good. There were 6 different bbq sauces when we went - five of them gluten free. Great option.

This place is great!!! Most of the meats are GF and they even have GF fries!!! I have visited Mission BBQ many times and never had reactions!!! they also are great about changing gloves and you don't even have to ask, but let's be real we all ask anyways! ;)

I also live their business model with supporting our military and first responders!!!

We have been here several times. My son has Celiac and we test with the Nima sensor. Each time it has come back safe. They have a very good protocol to avoid cross contamination. When a GF order comes through everyone on the line changes gloves and utensils and the work surfaces are cleaned. Now, I do watch them carefully. I have seen mistakes made. However, they have fantastic customer service and will always make it right. They even come to the table to make sure everything is to your liking. For a fast casual restaurant, I have never experienced better service.

I asked for a GF menu and was immediately given one. Food was delicious!!! My only complaint is that the fact that my meal was GF possibly wasn't communicated to the kitchen, and a piece of cornbread was on my plate. It wasn't touching my other food, so I moved it off. All on all, I can highly recommend this restaurant!

Not a great experience at this location. Placed corn bread on my plate, and when they discovered what they did the employee palmed the pulled pork on to another plate after handling buns for sandwiches!!!
