We were traveling and know this is always a safe place to get dinner. This one didn’t disappoint. Love that they let the people preparing your food know that you are gf. And the food is always great!

I’m extremely gluten-sensitive with Celiacs and this is my go-to barbecue place. All of their meats are gluten free including their sausage. Baked beans, green beans, collard greens, cold slaw are gluten free as well. Most of the sauces are GF, but I would double check. There is minimum cross contamination and the food is top notch. I had them cater an event and the catering manager ran through all of the ingredients with me.

Absolutely delicious food ! And even better attention to the detail of my gluten-free plate. I appreciated the “military-style” like attention the front end cashier told the back end food servers to listen up, “that gluten-free order is next, change your gloves. They all stopped what they were doing and looked over to him. You can see how your food is being handled and prepared which lessens the fear factor of dining out safely. I also like the pickup point, how they open your plate up to verify what you’ve ordered before leaving. Great food! They have several gluten free options, including French fries! The staff members are knowledgeable about cross contamination. We ate here twice while we were in town. The sliced brisket and pulled chicken were tasty!

Outstanding. The food is the ONLY REAL barbeque I've had in this fine state. The only things that aren't gluten free are the obvious: Mac and cheese, cornbread, etc. They are absolutely amazing all the way through. Hint: for kids, if you have more than one, get an adult entree and just split it. Or just take the rest home,

The food is great and they are really good about gf- I have eaten here multiple times and never gotten glutened. They also have a dedicated fryer and do fries well too!

The only thing they could do better is to have individually-wrapped gf buns like chick fil a does, so I don’t have to bring my own bun!

Meats are great. Sauces are supposed to be GF but I can’t tolerate them well.

Have found BBQ restaurants in general are very iffy and it's nice to have an option that has proven to be as consistently safe as Mission is. Great BBQ and love the Carolina vinegar sauce. Sides are wonderful. My go-to for BBQ.

Knowledgeable staff, can eat most anything on the menu (a couple of the sides and one sauce are out). AMAZING food! Made this celiac girl's day.

I've had lunch here several times after eating at another Mission BBQ in Maryland. Let them know you have an allergy and they'll switch gloves. Meat and fries prepared separately from foods that contain gluten. Only one of their sauces isn't GF.

I asked for a GF menu and was immediately given one. Food was delicious!!! My only complaint is that the fact that my meal was GF possibly wasn't communicated to the kitchen, and a piece of cornbread was on my plate. It wasn't touching my other food, so I moved it off. All on all, I can highly recommend this restaurant!

Not a great experience at this location. Placed corn bread on my plate, and when they discovered what they did the employee palmed the pulled pork on to another plate after handling buns for sandwiches!!!
