We have eaten here several times! Gluten free options, aware of cross contamination. My husband has a celiac diet and has never had adverse reactions from eating here.

Staff is very careful with gluten free orders and reviews everything with you during ordering and when you get your food. Most sauces are GF as well as the meats. Fries are in a dedicated fryer

06-07-2023. My last review for this location was almost five years ago, so I'm feeling that I must update this review. There is still an extensive GF menu, delicious food, and GF french fries! As we approached the counter, we mentioned GF and the manager heard. He made everyone on the line wash their hands, put on fresh gloves, and get new utensils. Pretty amazing. They take GF seriously. I highly recommend this location.

Very good for a quick meal! Be sure to tell them about your allergy and ask for it without the cornbread to be safe as it comes with every meal. I have never had a reaction!

Food and service was awesome!! As soon as I came in, who I assume to be the manager came up to me and my family and explained the menu and their allergen protocols unprompted. Told him I was gluten free, he got me a gluten free menu and the entire staff checked on me multiple times while eating to make sure everything was going well. And the food was awesome! Will definitely be eating here a lot from now on.

OMG! This is the best BBQ I have had. I have eaten at many of BBQ joints in TX and this is miles ahead. Staff were not only friendly and accommodating but also 100% knowledgeable. Food was on a whole other level. Fries are GF, all the sauces but 1 are GF, the vinegar at the table is GF (apple cider vinegar based), and their sausage can be made GF as well. They have a GF menu too!

Had GF menu at cash register where you order! They made sure to tell back to the kitchen it was a GF order and to use their separate fryer for the delicious fries! Delicious food!!

They are always very good with my order! Fries are GF as well...fried in a separate fryer. Love the pulled pork, smoked turkey, brisket, and green beans. I eat here a couple times a month and have never had issues.

They always communicate that the order is important to remain gluten-free (as an "allergy") and have always had the best experience.

When you get to the counter you can ask for a gluten free menu or you can check it out on their website. A lot of the menu can be prepared gf and all the sauces, but the Texas Twang, are gluten free. Great food and very friendly workers who take cross contamination seriously. I feel safe eating here at a person with Celiac Disease. Highly recommend to anyone needing to avoid gluten.

Awesome! They really understand the allergy. Have a dedicated fryer for their yummy fries. Had pulled pork, coleslaw, all but one of their homemade barbecue sauces -without a bun. all delicious and no symptoms!

I love this place. Virtually everything is naturally GF and they do a good job of making sure their bread doesn't accidently contaminate anything else. The only thing they fry are the hand cut french fries.

I asked for a GF menu and was immediately given one. Food was delicious!!! My only complaint is that the fact that my meal was GF possibly wasn't communicated to the kitchen, and a piece of cornbread was on my plate. It wasn't touching my other food, so I moved it off. All on all, I can highly recommend this restaurant!

Not a great experience at this location. Placed corn bread on my plate, and when they discovered what they did the employee palmed the pulled pork on to another plate after handling buns for sandwiches!!!
