MOD Pizza

I am very sensitive to gluten, if you let them know (I always talk to the manager) they will accommodate you. They cook my pizza on a mat, pull all ingredients from underneath (so they have not touched gluten), change their gloves, and use a fresh pizza cutter.

Bad cross contamination. I get sick everytime we try to eat here. Never again

Not safe for Celiac. They don't seem to understand cross contamination.

Not safe for Celiac. They use all the same utensils, gloves, etc. in the "assembly line." If eating GF for preference only, the crust is decent. The Caspian BBQ pizza has good flavor.

Not gluten free. They place the crust on the same surface as the all the other pizzas and use the same pizza cutter. Didn't even attempt to keep them separate.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. While the staff were friendly, they claim their district manager does not allow them to cook their pizza on foil. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

— Excellent

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.
