Zero measures taken to prevent cross contamination. I watched them plunk the sauce ladle into the bucket after wiping it on a regular crust, then use the same sauce and ladle for the GF crust. No glove changes either. Same baking trays used for all crusts.

Not gluten friendly. All pizzas are made in same oven. Salad is your only best bet

I loved Mod Pizza before having to make the switch to GF. I went in recently with family, planning on having the gluten free crust. I panicked as I watched them prepare another customers gf pizza. No glove change, the same sauce ladle is rubbed all over the crust, and no extra care is taken to reduce the chance of cross contamination. I ended up ordering a salad to avoid the sauce issue but I still ended up getting glutened. We went last night and my joints have been killing me ever since. This is the main reaction I get from gluten and will last at least a week. The salad was good but I’m so disappointed.

Mod offers a gluten free crust (for an additional $2) and salads? Food tastes okay but you can pretty much guarantee cross contamination with either. The employees either don't understand or don't care (gloves aren't changed, same utensils, same cooking area).

Great pizza! Very nice atmosphere and service. The staff seems to have a good time working there. GF crust was tasty! No glove change though. We'll go back. Try the Oliva.

A celiac nightmare. Tried once and got very sick. There are no precautions in place to prevent cross contamination. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

After traveling for 12 hours, I needed a quick yet safe place close to my hotel to eat. I avoided pizza since they only have 1 oven and I had concerns about cross contamination. They have a few different salad options and all the dressings were gluten free. I was easily able to add on extra protein. Vegan cheese options also available. I know as celiac that it's tiring to always need to eat the salad option, but it worked for me today.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. While the staff were friendly, they claim their district manager does not allow them to cook their pizza on foil. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!
