Fantastic Food, Spectacular Service. Started with GF olive focaccia bread which was some of the best GF bread i have ever eaten. Amuse Bouche of salmon tartar was amazing! Had the Beet Salad which had housemade burrata which was delicious. Next was Steak Diane made tableside, good but too saucey. King Crab Legs 1/2 lb add on were perfect with drawn butter and a small arugula salad with an excellent dressing. Sides of roasted fingerling potatoes with romesco and asparagus. Everything was perfect! No symptoms of any kind in the following 12 hours.

I had reached out to the resort on their contact page on their website before we arrived so I would have an idea of what was available. The chef emailed me back the same day Letting me know that they do have gluten free focaccia with olives And that most of the menu is gluten free including the sauces, the crembrulee, and the sorbet. We ended up eating at the 24/7 restaurant at the resort but got the bread from the Chop House and it was delicious.

Called ahead and spoke with the manager about gluten-free options. A basket of fresh out of the oven gf bread was brought to the table. 95% of the menu is gf and they can accommodate making the few items that are not gf. The manager spoke with us about how seriously they take their allergies and let our server and the cook know. I felt confident that I could eat safely which I did and will definitely go back. I had the NY Strip Loin steak, jumbo cocktail shrimp appetizer, rosemary mushrooms on top of steak and creamy chive potatoes.
