Niche Gluten Free Cafe & Bakery

This place is one of my favorites! It’s a dedicated facility. It’s delicious. I HIGHLY recommended this place to everyone! The building it is in is small though, so not particularly for large parties.

Turkey sandwich was delicious. Possibly the best gf bread I've ever had. My wife had a waffle sandwich, which she loved. Cookies were also tasty.

Had the good fortune to find this gf gem while visiting Seattle. Sandwich was delicious and the cookie was outstanding. If you don’t mind waiting a bit it’s well worth it.

This dedicated gluten-free facility has great food for all. My non-GF family also really enjoyed the food! The BLAT (BLT with avocado) was so delicious, with amazing GF crusty bread. So tasty!

I had the BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato) sandwich and there bread they used was the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Honestly I couldn’t even tell the difference from a gluten beget to the gluten free beget they used. Definitely recommend. 🥰

Stop by this morning and waiting 5 minutes to order the man that was behind the counter ignored us the own walked in started talking to the guy I said hello was totally ignored. Walked out, ate here 2 years ago it’s nice that it’s gluten free but food is just ok.

Niche is a great dedicated GF breakfast / lunch spot. The wafflini breakfast sandwich and rueben sandwich are worth the trip

So wonderful to find a truly safe place to eat in Seattle! My son and I had the Waffle Plate and shared a bagel with the most delicious raspberry cream cheese spread. We should have bought some of the remaining bakery items.....

Dedicated GF and celiac safe. Staff was friendly and service was great. I had a bacon, cheddar, egg, and apple butter waffleini (a sandwich with waffles for the bread, cooked in a panini press). It was amazing. So good. I also had a slice of pumpkin bread which was moist, rich and delicious. I’ll definitely eat here again the next time I’m in Seattle.

Absolutely delicious breakfast! Their homemade focaccia is great! But don’t go for a bagel unless you like Udi’s (🤮) cause they only make a couple types of bread. I am not Celiac, but I have gluten intolerance and also cannot do corn, and this place has allergen lists for everything, which was incredibly helpful. I would definitely go back!

This is an all-gluten-free bakery, so they are definitely safe for celiacs. My non-gluten-free company and I both had the espresso chunk scones, and they were really good, although not good enough to warrant 5 stars. The staff was friendly, as well. I recommend.

Delicious pastries, crisp and chewy (!?) waffle, flaky scone. Everything we got was delicious, and reasonably priced. They even told a guy holding a subway sandwich (unopened) that he had to leave. Also they have dairy fee, vegan, and paleo options. Can’t wait to come back with my family of celiacs!

Highly recommend the Sweet ‘n Salty Grilled Cheese Panini! Felt awesome to be able to go somewhere and order anything off the menu. LOVE this place!!!!!

BEST baked goods I've ever had in my life...not a joke, and the food was so amazing. Favorite place to eat breakfast, waffle-ini (a waffle panini!!) and lunch! Highly recommend, dedicated gluten free!

This place is a small spot in the wall! But the massive magic that comes from this place!! I have never had a waffle sandwich with candy bacon!!! This is amazing place if you have gluten allergies or any others for that fact hey cater to almost all allergies that I saw. I will definitely come back here!!!! Omg you guys seriously the best place ever!!!!!!!

Everything is gluten free! My son who has Celiac had the waffle plate and chewy chocolate cookies(healthy choices - ha, ha) and did not have any adverse reactions. The rest of our group, who did not need to eat gluten free but obviously did, enjoyed the sandwiches we ordered. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I just had a lovely lunch here. The owner is kind and the atmosphere is comfortable and bright. I am celiac and dairy free and was very impressed with how many options there are for their meal and bakery items. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this café!
