They did not make it past the phone call portion. The staff member wad uninterested it helping me an was quick to answer just no , to all my gluten free questions , like asking if the fries were gluten free when they were clearly listed on the menu

The food was ok. Had a separate section on menu for gluten free sensitivity. Items on menu was not served to expectations. Example: Prime Rib was served dry with no Au Jus like traditionally served! Why??

They always ask if it's a gf allergy, and double check with the cook if they're not sure if something is definetly gf. I've only ever ordered takeout, but the food and service have been great.

Very happy! A lot of places only accommodate adults that have to be GF. My 8 year old son has Celiac and they had a kids burger and GF roll! He was very happy and I didn't have to pay for an adult meal for him.

I've been here numerous times over the past few months, and have been greeted with awesome, knowledgeable staff every time. The food is consistent and cheap, and has never made me sick. They use Gillian's rolls for burger buns.

My gluten free bacon cheeseburger was very good...came on gluten free bun. The bun tasted just ok I took the bottom part of it off. When the waitress didn't know gluten free options she would ask her manager. ..I'm happy to have somewhere to go to eat out :)

From gluten free burgers and buns to steak, chicken, and other options on their gluten free menu, 99 is inexpensive ans has good food that's gluten free.

Went there with my family. My sister in law and I are gluten free. She had the balsamic chicken and I had the bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes. The fries are not gluten safe. The waiter was very helpful and we were able to see the items marked for gluten sensitivity on the menu

I’ve eaten at many of the locations and have always been treated very well. The staff at this restaurant was courteous and knowledgeable about my gluten-free needs. Food was served by a manager and was clearly marked as an allergy alert meal.

My husband, who is a very sensitive Celiac person, consistently has the gluten free All Star burger without issue. He usually gets mashed potatoes and a vegetable with it. The bun looks like Udi’s, and he says it’s good. He has never gotten sick with this meal. Not sure if other options would be as safe given his sensitivity to cross contamination.
