Restaurant made accommodations for gluten-free. They offer gluten-free soy sauce and I even discovered from our chef/owner Cy that the scallop sauce is gluten-free! Just ask for the scallops to be NO flour dredge. I also had calamari and fried rice. SO GOOD! My entrée and rice were cooked before everyone else and once I added the scallops he cleaned the grill before cooking them.

Tip from Cy, just let us know what you need and we can accommodate.

2 yr old celiac disease had zero issues, I also eat GF (I'm non celiac) so we can share. Zero reaction/side effects of cross contamination, chef was caring and aware of her allergy. Will go back

Ohana Steakhouse took extra precautions to sanitize the hibachi grill. The fried rice, meats, and calamari (not breaded) are all made with gluten-free soy sauce. Instead of noodles the chef cooked me vegetables. Great food - can be expensive though!

Our chef did an awesome job of cleaning the grill several times to avoid contamination and accommodate for all food allergies.

Food was cooked first to avoid cc. chef continued to comment each time I was given a course, in an inconvenient way, about how my food had to be prepared first to the whole table. Made me feel like I was a pariah. I will not go back.
