Asking for the menu is a hassle. The options are so limited.

I won’t be coming back. The waitress had no clue how to accommodate a celiac. She did show me a computerized menu with allergens including gluten/wheat so I started out hopeful but it didn’t have many options. I ordered the only dish I could see was safe and it was the chicken parmigiana with gluten free rotini. I had the salad since it was listed no wheat or gluten and my daughter with celiac also had the fries since it was claimed to be without gluten. However, when I got the salad it had croutons all over it so that was not going to work, and then I questioned whether the fries were cooked in a designated fryer. I’m pretty sure they have no idea about cross-contact. And the pasta was overdone and soggy.

I ordered gluten-free rotini with marinara and grilled chicken. The noodles were overcooked. After I’d eaten a quarter of the entree, I came across a gluten capellini noodle. I was sick before I got out of the parking lot and had to come back in. 🚽 They comped my meal plus a $20 gift card that I’ll be giving away. Never again.

I was highly disappointed in both my service and food. Our waitress did not know there was a difference between "rotini" and "gluten-free rotini," thus resulting in an allergic reaction. I was disappointed with both the number and quality of choices offered for those with a gluten allergy. Very few choices and they were of poor quality.

was able to join family and friends for a great meal. staff accommodating. food good
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
