They were so safe, watched the entire process - seperate prep and cooking station, its own clean cutter etc. make sure to tell cashier your celiac and chef will make sure it’s all celiac safe,

This place was amazing. Great GF pizza and other GF foods that are clearly marked and food ingredients were well documented. The cashier had initially warned me that the pizza might be cross-contaminated, which I found a little odd given the reviews I saw written here about them, but I talked to the chef himself and he confirmed that their GF pizza is baked in a separate oven and they use different tools from those used on their non-GF Pizza. I ate there and had no issues so I can confirm that they are safe. The cashier probably wasn't well versed with what occurs in the kitchen itself.

The Chef, yes Chef!, came out and talked to me and basically said he uses a different pizza cutter and pans and that he feels it is 99.9% GF. The crust was perfect, not dry or crunchy and the toppings were perfectly cooked. We had the BBQ chicken and the Mushroom pizzas, but the truffle sauce to be eliminated. They were delicious! It is pricy, as they charge $6 extra for the GF crust! The restaurant is by gate C-29 and the tables are behind the main ordering counter, so it is a quieter area away from.the busyness of the airport. I would recommend this spot for taste and GF.

So impressed with this stop at the airport. A great looking menu with GF options and allergens clearly marked, and when they failed to actually have any GF pizza after all - they improvised and created a specifically Gluten Free meal, also dealing with my other dietary challenges brilliantly. Excellent service and care. (Special thanks to Regis!)
