Some of the better gluten friendly pizza I’ve had, and definitely some of the best in Huntsville. The catch is “gluten friendly”. Have gotten irritated every other time I’ve ate there, as I feel the cross contamination in the kitchen is a coin flip.

Food was very tasty but I did react. The server knew little about gluten free needs (other than to say there is a cauliflower crust pizza and some pasta options). I asked if the regular pizza is tossed in the air and she said yes, which told me there would be a cross-contamination issue (and there was).

The pizza was one of the most amazing gf pizzas I’ve had. Unfortunately, I spent the next few days feeling unwell so I fear there was somehow cross-contamination. I would say it is not celiac safe but would highly recommend for those less sensitive.

Went today at lunch Amazing experience! I have to say that, since I’m Italian, for me it’s not easy to eat italian dishes abroad But I have to say that it was good! I took michelangelo pizza and the chocolate cake, good! The service was so good! Very kind al the time If you are in Huntsville, go there!

Celiac beware.

I was here previously and had a good experience (maybe December 2019). Came back June 2021 and it was horrible and not celiac safe. Not only was the experience terrible overall (took over an hour to get food, they were out of something but didn't tell us until we'd been sitting for an hour after ordering, staff was unhelpful and somewhat rude), but then my "gluten free" pasta came out with a breadstick on top. They offered to remake it but I said no thanks. They even brought new food out (after I said no), but I wasn't willing to risk it. They didn't take my concern very seriously. They did comp my family's meal for how long we were there and how awful the experience was, so I guess I'll give them that?

This probably boils down to it's a pandemic, restaurants are understaffed, underpaid, and overwhelmed. But the end result is the same -- not safe.

Grabbed a pizza here the other day with some friends. Told the cashier that I had Celiac and needed to be sure that the pizza would have no gluten. I was eapecially concerned because I assumed several cooking surfaces might be shared with food that did have gluten. Not only did the pizza have no gluten, it also was one of the best tasting pizzas I've ever had. Would recommend.

Ordered by phone. Asked if they had gluten free Chicken Alfredo. After checking with the kitchen, the reply was “Yes.”, so I ordered that for my wife. There was nothing on the container to indicate it was gluten free, but since It was supposed to be, she ate it, stating how good it was. Two hours later, she was extremely nauseated, bloated and hyper- ventilating. After throwing up a small amount, she felt a little better, but had a very sleepless night. She began to feel better that afternoon, but the damage had been done. Needless to say, but we won’t be going back since this was the worst reaction she has had in 15 years of dealing with celiac disease. We have eaten there before without incident.

They have the best gluten free pizza in town! They have messed up my orders a few times and gladly fixed me a whole new pizza! Plus gave me a $20 credit for the next time I came in. Plus I got to keep the wrong pizza which was gluten free just had the wrong toppings

I have visited there twice and really enjoyed my pizza. However, the last time was this past Tuesday night. I have been extremely sick the last two days with a gluten reaction and I am pretty sure it had to be from there. As much as I like the pizza I don't think I will risk it again. The excruciating pain in my side is not worth it.

We have eaten there more times than I care to count, but on our last visit, I was glutened. They were busy & our waiter messed up our order, so they had to remake our pizza. I suspect that being in a rush to remake an order might have caused them to cross-contaminate.

This is the best PIZZA in town, period. Gluten-free or not. We recently with some friends who had not previously tried GF pizza and one of them asked (after trying a piece) "so can you tell when it's gluten-free? Because I can't." It's that good. Every pizza I've had there has been awesome.

They also have GF pasta now, but I haven't tried it yet. I find it impossible to go there and get anything but their pizza.
