No trust in protocol. I ordered from Gluten-free options and specifically stated Gluten-free. My edamame appetizer had noodle fragments in the single use serving container. No clue what was hidden in the food.

The cashier taking my order basically made me feel like I was putting her out by asking for a gluten free meal. The menu is clearly marked though and it was good food. Do other than the less than helpful cashier it was a good experience. Note the that the shrimp us breaded in potato flour so that is disconcerting to see but they assured me it was safe. I think they are pretty careful in the cooking here.

This location cross contaminated my food. There were noodles in with my rice and I had eaten half the food before I saw it. I got very sick.

My husband has celiac disease and I am gluten intolerant and love being able to eat reasonably priced chinese food here! We usually order the spicy shrimp with extra veggies and my husband loves their Vietnamese chicken salad rolls and sweet chile sauce. We have never been glutened here. I just wish they would offer more GF options.

Not a big selection. Still, the food was solid and staff very knowledgable. Had the chicken rolls without peanut sauce and spicy chicken with rice. I'm celiac and felt fine after.

I had Pei Wei for the first time 2 years ago. The food tasted good. But I was unable to make it through the whole meal with out getting sick. I make sure every where I go that I express how it is an allergy not just a diet choice just so there is no misunderstanding. Today I went back to Pei Wei and had the exact same experience! I was sick almost immediately. I am an avid hand washer and even used chop sticks that were packaged just in case. I still managed to get extremely sick. I hope they are able to figure out exactly what could be contaminating the food. Because it is rare to find good gluten free Asian food.

A limited selection, but good when you have a craving for Asian food that is safe! My favorite is the spicy chicken with brown rice.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered the Gluten Free Bourbon chicken with rice and it was delicious and a good portion! I had no negative reaction!
