My go to for Asian. I first had this restaurant in middle TN and now I frequent the Knoxville location. I typically stick to one or two dishes but there are at least 8-10 options, including fried rice. I always double check that they got GF on the order. Todays order came with a GF sticker on the bowl. I am celiac and super sensitive but have always found this to be a good place to eat.

I have been severely sick since we ate there last night. This is the worst I’ve ever felt in years. The meal was delicious (go figure, obv it wasn’t gluten free). I will not go back there and don’t recommend anyone else risking gluten free meals there. I feel horrible.

Big disappointment! I have eaten here successfully a few times, but the past two times have made me violently ill. Went back the second time because the manager reached out and personally promised it wouldn’t happen again, that the precautions would be corrected and taken. When I got sick again, they just threw a few coupons at us. Will not be eating here again and do not suggest it for those with celiac. The price tag is not worth the risk of getting that sick.

Separate Gluten free menu and gluten free soy sauce. It was delicious. The first safe Chinese I've had in a long time.

So far so good- chains like this make me nervous, but we've eaten here several times with no issue. Extensive menu, and to-go orders have always been clearly labeled.

There are many GF options. The food is delicious.

I love the gluten free sweet and sour shrimp. I also like the chicken salad rolls. They are willing to put entrees over salad instead of rice if you ask. I haven’t had any issues. Service is fast, accurate, and careful.

Consistently amazing, always attentive to cross contamination, and the food is great if you’re like me and order the same thing every time you go somewhere.

Their sweet and sour shrimp done gluten free rocks! The breading is amazing and the sauce is tasty. I had to double check that they got my order right because the breading was too much like regular tempura.

Very limited gf menu but the food is consistently tasty and I never have a reaction after eating here. If we don't have time for PF Changs, we go here. I love their drink machine too.

Limited gluten free menu. They have rice noodles but boil them in the same water as regular noodles :(.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
