Excellent service here! They were very careful preparing my food and the sweet and sour chicken was fabulous! Great service, happy place!

The staff is either uninformed or does not take gf seriously. The woman taking my order needing confirmation with another employee about gluten free. They brought me out the wrong food but called it what I had ordered. I’ve eaten at other Pei Weis many times so I knew the difference and asked for my order. Another employee brought out the same plate of food and again misnamed it. I repeated what I had ordered, gf pei wei original with shrimp. The plate of food I was brought for the third time was brown, as in contained soy sauce, not gf. The employee called it gf but I was too skeptical and disgusted with the ordeal by then (my kids had finished their meals) I left. Never had a problem at a Pei Wei before. Disappointing.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was fantastic. I ordered it online to be ready at 12:00 and I assumed it would be ready when I got there at 12:00. However it took about 10 minutes for it. But the food was great.

My food was contaminated and the selections suck. If you don't like sweet or spicy you're out of luck.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
