very good gf option they recently added more gfoption. I called and asked how gf was prepared and they assured me that it is breaded with potato starch and clean oil. we often eat here and the service is great.

On my first trip they mistakenly breaded the shrimp in their Pei Wei original option (it's a good thing I'm not Celiac and just sensitive). The next two visits were prepared correctly and pretty good.

Even though the GF menu is teeny tiny, I LOVED my sweet and sour shrimp. They use some potato and tapioca flour to bread the shrimp, which added texture and flavor.

You have to ask for the gluten free menu. there were about six gluten free items--the cook changes gloves and uses a dedicated wok for the gluten free food. We had sweet and sour chicken with rice. edamame, and Vietnamese spring rolls. enjoyed it all. the drink machine is awesome. tons of flavors.

taste great, we've have eaten there a lot over the past several months and haven't had a reaction. I get the gluten free sweet and sour chicken, my husband gets the gluten free pei Wei spicy. they have no issue with substituting different veggies to personalise your order. if you are paleo you can get lettuce cups instead of rice. they've recently added gluten free Vietnamese chicken salad rolls, and they are delicious!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
