I ordered 1 of 5 items they offer that's gluten free. After waiting about 20min for my food, I get in my car to find the shrimp they gave me is breaded....
The cook did not change his gloves to make my food and I have no idea if the sauce he used is gluten free or not. Would not recommend as a gluten free restaurant.
Second star is for the gal at the front desk, she was nice.
No
They advertise a large gluten free menu but in reality their "gluten free menu" is 5 small items that barely constitutes a meal. They do not make special gluten free items, instead they merely point out the items that were already gluten free to begin with. When I asked a question about an item I received an ear full of sass from the cashier about my request. They have gluten free soy sauce on available to appease those suffering with this good allergy but they will not cook with it. I am extremely disappointed in my Pei Wei experience and will not be coming back any time soon.

Allergy meals are made by the Manager, which is nice, but sometimes in a rush they cross contaminate or get your order entirely wrong. To me, it's just not worth it.

So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
