They’ve added several gluten free options: King Pao, Mongolian, Pei Wei Original, Sweet and Sour, Ginger Broccoli, and Fried Rice bowls! The Edamame, Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps, and Asian Chopped Salad are also GF. I didn’t double check, but it looks like each item is cooked up in its own wok.

Even though there are only 2 items on the gf menu, the sweet and sour is very good. I asked about the chicken and it doesn’t have flour on it it’s potato starch. Just make sure u tell them u have celiac.

Replacing all previous reviews to say they just added 4 more gf entrees. Have not tried them yet, but we have been going here for years and my wife has never been ill.

They have only 2 items that gluten free, which is sweet & sour and Pei Wei original. The chicken seems to coat with lightly flour, which we don’t know if it gluten free flour. They said they have gluten free soy sauce but can’t make gluten fried rice. They said they can only make fried rice with only no sauce at all. So, basically rice mix with veggies in the wok. Then don’t said that you have gluten free soy sauce. Luckily, my son said he can eat the sweet &sour. The taste wasn’t bad but the steam vegetable that come with order was very old. One of the broccoli and black mold on it. Not impressed and disappointed.

Very good! Had the sweet and sour chicken with rice noodles which tasted so fresh and delicious! Would go there again, though it is a slight bit pricey.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
