I eat here fairly often and get the GF Chang’s Spicy Chicken and white rice every time with no symptoms. They plate GF items on gold rimmed plates. The first time I ate here my food came out on a black plate and my server sent it back before even setting it on the table. The chicken is also crispy and breaded, an absolute unicorn in the GF world.

Update ***** 2nd update
Safe to eat here again. I have a good friend in the kitchen and the odd rules are back for our safety!!! Super excited. Eaten here twice in two weeks and didn’t get sick ❤
Last time I ate here I got sick and the time before that my food tested positive for gluten with my nima sensor. I’m very disappointed since they are supposed to be trained to handle food allergies. I used to have a friend who worked here who would make my food safety but since he has left I just don’t think they care anymore 😞 Used to eat here once a week but they took my favorite meal off the menu and changed my other favorite. Also they now have a separate menu which isn't that big of a deal but sometimes you just wanna feel normal. Great desserts though!

I have eaten there twice with no issue! Staff was knowledgeable both times.

Items that can be made gluten free are marked on the menu. The waitress was knowledgeable about my celiac disease. I ate the spicy chicken bowl with brown rice (gluten free) and had the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. Everything I ate was super yummy and I didn’t experience any symptoms after my meal.

Just a warning, waitress was barely paying attention, had to let her know more than once I am celiac, it all has to be gluten free. I absolutely got "glutened" at this location. So disappointed. Three days of pain, thanks but no thanks! I was there at an off time, could have been the problem (2 or 3 o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon).

Ate here without a hitch! Didn’t get sick and the food was delicious! Would go again. I purchased the Mongolian Noodles.

Went and ordered off GF menu. Waiter was knowledgeable and food came out on special plate. But once we got back home my son was vomiting!

My meal came out in the bowl that was supposed to indicate a gluten free meal. I got gluten though. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

Always very accommodating and understanding. GF dishes are on a different kind of plate than regular ones. Never had an issue. Good selection of GF dishes.

Excellent gluten free food as usual from this national chain restaurant.

Love PF Changs GF menu. I love being able to go order good food off a menu without hesitation or special requests. They know what they are doing.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
