I used to love PFChangs pre-celiac but in Texas I would ALWAYS get sick ever since I went GF. I am so so glad to be able to eat it safely again and have had zero issues! We live in Bellevue and get it often!

My 16 yr old son has celiac and I have taken him here twice in one week. He said it’s the best Asian food he’s had since being diagnosed. He does get sick when food has had CC and he did NOT get sick either time here so far.

I am not only a celiac person but also an employee of P.F. Changs. I was diagnosed halfway through working at this establishment and I have yet to be sick from this restaurant. I actually have two serving jobs and this restaurant takes it way more seriously than any other restaurant I’ve ever worked in. I really appreciate that they have separate woks and sauces and make sure the Servers are knowledgeable about allergies.

Gluten free menu available, with plenty of options. I ate the lettuce wraps and ginger chicken and broccoli. Portion sizes are huge (meant for sharing) so come hungry!

They always take my GF/DF needs seriously and print out a menu just for me with items I can safely choose. I always feel good eating here, it’s delicious, and I appreciate their concern for my health. This is my go to restaurant because I know it’s safe.
It was delicious and exactly what I wanted. For sure would return!

Great food. A dedicated separate area for food preparation. Staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. A great place for celiacs.
"Upscale" Chinese food Celiac friendly, with separate menu, visual plates and pans. Bit expensive. Friendly service, though not all services versed in Celiac, though ours was excellent!

My first Chinese meal out since diagnosis, over a year ago. They have separate woks for cooking, and a decent selection of gluten free options. I especially liked the noodles :-) Gluten free choices are served on different shaped dishes.

I had 4 of their gluten free dishes and soy sauce as carry out, great food, staff that is very aware and I didn't get sick!
Me and my husband used PF Chang's as our only safe option to eat out due to their gf protocols. The last time we ordered meals to go. When we got home my husband's food was luckily labeled (is not labeled every time we order) but had a mystery fried food in the dish. We called to let the manager know and she tried to tell us it was fine. I advised her it was not and likely won't be back due to trust issues. He had 2 bites but no reaction so that's good.

Good selection of Chinese gluten free options. GF soy sauce. I have never had a reaction at a P F Changs. I really like the beef and broccoli, the shrimp fried rice and chicken lettuce wraps.

They are very accommodating and have lots of gluten free dishes available and can make a number of traditionally not Gf dishes GF! If you’re craving Asian food this is a great go to.
