Stopped here on our road trip having had good experiences at the PF Chang’s close to home. Ordered GF beef bowl and GF chicken lettuce wraps. Waitress brought out chicken wraps and said they were GF… she came back 15 minutes later to let us know there had been a mistake, and she had given us gluten-containing wraps by accident. Manager was very apologetic, emphasized more training would be given, and covered the cost of our meal. Leaving very disappointed :( I recommend using extra caution if choosing to dine at this PF Chang’s location!!

Awesome and gf friendly everyone should true it
My daughter is newly diagnosed with gluten intolerance and we were excited to see they had multiple options for her. Service was super friendly but when my daughter asked for gf soy sauce she was brought packets of regular soy sauce. Thankfully she's smart and reads labels and didn't use any. We waited forever for someone to acknowledge us to ask for the correct gf soy sauce and by the time she got it the rest of us were finished eating. She ate a small portion of her chicken fried rice and shortly after was sick and in pain. Thoroughly disappointing.
I'm giving this less than 5 stars because I got sick last time. Their GF menu is awesome, the food is delicious but I suspect that a cook used the regular rather than the GF soy sauce in my Pad Thai. It would be so much safer if PF Changs would only have the GF version to avoid such mishaps. I mean, really, can you taste a difference? Is the price so prohibitive? I was SO sick for 3 days after that we have been afraid to return and it was one of our favorites...
No
Yummy food that has not made me sick. It seems they are knowledgeable and they use different plates for gf food.
Separate gluten-free menu. I like how allergy food comes out on special plate. Food is really good.
Love it.
Great food, great selection, and the wait staff really knows their gluten free stuff.
Yes
Good food and well trained staff. They usually use different shaped plates to indicate their gluten free entrees.
Awesome choices including gluten free soy sauce AND dessert. Liked PF Changs before - so happy they have a gluten free menu.
The staff was knowledgable and helpful. GF menu was great and food was delicious. They also have menus for other food allergens. We ate here with a comfort that we weren't "taking chances" with our health!
Good but expensive
The food thing is that their GF menu has several options. The bad is that their food was meh--neither horrible nor fantastic. For Chinese food, it was expensive. Not on my top 10 list of favorite places, and I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but wouldn't completely avoid it either.
Beef with broccoli was fantastic! Egg drop soup was yummy too! Thanks PF Changs for your GF menu!
GF Selection is very good. Spicy chicken with salad and egg drop soup is excellent
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
