Don't eat here. Save yourself. Run far away. Don't make the same mistake I did. It's not safe. No matter how much they try to reassure you. It's a trap. I'm so sick from cross contamination. I feel like I'm going to die

I have eaten there several times. I eat gluten free and have not had a problem.

I loved PFChangs and it is one of the only gf go-to safe places for Asian food and I have eaten at my locations and liked it
Today for the first time (and only time) I had lunch at the one in chandler az - it was terrible - no flavor and shrimp was close to raw - I ordered extra for left overs but threw them away - it was that bad. I don’t think they put any effort at all in gf food. My non gf food diners food was ok - the gf food was truly terrible
Ps I have only posted two or three negative posts ever so I am not a constant complainer
Several Gluten free options including my favorite, lettuces wraps. The food is cooked in a dedicated gluten free wok and comes on a different plate. Biggest win my husband liked my gluten free spicy chicken better than his entree! He usually will not eat anything labeled gf. Staff was awesome. Overall great experience!
Yes
Eat here often, tried everything off the GF menu. I’ve tried several locations, too, and I’ve never been sick after! I do think that the Scottsdale PF Chang’s has better chicken pad Thai, tho. And what happened to the ginger chicken?!
I've also given it many chances, in different locations & states & everytime I get sick eating here. Last time I was sick for 3 days. Not worth it.
Great celiac menu Food was great
Yes
I love this place. they lose one star because they got rid of (again) the Phillips better lemon chicken!! I will still eat there. the fried rice, ginger chicken, egg drop soup, and gf lettuce wraps are all delicious!
Decent sized GF menu, they make me my own sauces at the table from clearly marked bottles, and the food is brought out on different dinner ware indicating GF. I love the lettuce wraps and beef and broccoli.
i have given this place a lot of chances and every time we eat here i always get sick. good food but not gluten free
No
Lots of gf choices. Very yummy
PF Changs has been gluten free for quite some time now, and they have recently added to their gluten free menus. I all time favorite is this gluten free Singapore Street noodles and the gluten free lettuce wraps.
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
